Must Dino be present at such meeting where his issue is to be deliberated on. The senate is made of hypocrites. I suppose Dino's presence is to intimidate the VC. Our Academic system will continue to be relegated in the league of international universities for I dont know why it took ABU THIS LONG TO MAKE AN OFFICIAL PRONOUNCEMENT ON THIS issue when Harvard and London School of Economics have made declarations almost immediately.
