Oga lets forget this issue and move on...the koko is that you should have enough fund (maintenance fund + tuition fee balance) in the bank account for the 28 calendar days whether is Pounds to naira or Naira to Pounds. The more Naira u keep the better!!!

FOR DEPENDANTS
a. Spouses only: Marriage certificate.

b. Spouses and Children: Maintenance evidence: Bank statement showing £845 monthly * 9 months for within London or £680 monthly * 9 months for outside London. This must be in the account for at least 28 days; the end of the 28 days must not be older than 31 days before your application.

For dependant spouses, the money can be in your account or your partner's account.

For dependant children, the money can be in either parent's account.

c. Spouses and children: TB test certificate (From IOM only)

d. Your children only: Child(ren)'s birth certificate showing you as their parent.

e. Spouse or parent's Biometric Residence Permit if they are already in the UK, their vignette /GWF number if they have gotten their vignette but are still in Nigeria or if they are awaiting their application decision.

f. For spouses, you can include pictures of you and your spouse to prove that your marriage is genuine and subsisting or communication evidence (if you have lived apart prior to your application especially in cases where the spouse has travelled to the UK already).

I have been going through this thread, what a wonderful experience. I want to go for my MSc in the UK with my family. My first degree is in Geology, which course should I consider going for in order to fit into the UK society when I am done with study. Your advice is needed.

Hello please is anyone is or familiar with University of Huddersfield or Teesside university. I want to know which one to accept and if I accept any of the offers this week and ou part tuition is it still possible for me to apply for UK visa before the year runs out (putting the medicals and TB test plus visa application time into consideration) as I intend to resume for January session.

I would appreciate a prompt response.

Pls I like to know if the current amount of £1265 applies for those already counting 28 days which will end mid Dec or the new £1334 starting on 1 Dec 2020. Plan to submit visa Application mid December, so I am curious to know if the VO will use both figures, latter or former in evaluating financials for Tier 4. Thanks

I did biometric in Ikeja on 13th Nov through standard visa application , I already received a mail that a decision has been made concerning my application.

Have not even applied for a passport with National Identification Number (NIN). I don't even know if is required for passport application or not. My NIN must be sitting in one of their offices because I only got NIN Application slip 7yrs ago
