Corrupt practices in virtually all sectors in Nigeria's economy has crippled the potentials of a non-existent structure... The implementation of the SAP blue print to the Nigerian system by the IBB adminstration is where Nigeria committed it's biggest howler.. The military changed the face of the nation by the offhanded approach they engaged with in the way they ran the affairs of the state... The trend will continue until Nigeria rids itself of the burden called SAP....

The refineries are working, no doubt,
but we know that the pipelines are not
functioning properly because of vandalism. We
are working with the Federal Government to see
how we can connect, especially Aba and Enugu
up to Makurdi.

And some crazy mofo will come up with a silly question of the input of SE region into the Fed acct... Facts from the post...

The refineries will start working by the end of the month or september, not sure exactly when

no one said its working yet

So what if it's still being imported? you are not happy that there are no long queues at petrol station and you are not happy that fuel now sells for 87 naira

Based on the analysis by the Op I think it's an insult to the SE region to say they don't contribute beans to the Fed acct. Since this is the case why do Nigeria try as much as possible to suppress their every act of secession from the federation This is a poser for the Op...
