What is the difference between deficit & borrowing in respect to budget projections, considering that projected IGR was part of the calculated income that gave rise to the deficit which will be augmented by borrowing.
In short, deficit & borrowing are one & the same in every budget.

Implication: At least 20% of borrowing (N1.5 trillion or $7.5 billion) will be spent on recurrent.

I don't have more reasons to engage in the public outcry than you do. I belong to no party even though I support PMB and believe in APC than PDP.

That the presidency still has those 10 or 11 jets without public outcry already is a shame. It's a result of absence of credible opposition. PDP is unfortunately not qualified to condemn the presidency on this issue because while they held sway, they saw nothing wrong in it and even increased the fleet to the current abysmal number. Any crying from PDP will be tightly termed as wailing.
