Approving more loans for the "GO & DIE" governor to squander on more frivolities. These governors like Oshiomhole should be made to account for the funds they have received so far before granting them access to more funds to waste. |

The poorly thought out BRT lanes narrowed that road & made it difficult for 2 lorries to run side by side on it, hence the frequent mishaps there. If you want a dedicated lane for special vehicles, expand the road & add your lane instead of reducing the existing lanes thereby complicating traffic. |

Politics › Re: EFCC Invites Justice Folahanmi Oloyede, Who Accused Aregbesola Of Fraud by luvinhubby(m): 2:34pm On Aug 03, 2015 |
ayindejimmy: There is a difference between the crime the police dictected and the one an individual reports. The Police has not dictected any crime in Osun but the Judge has. So she should tell EFCC why what she discovered qualifies for a crime. And she'll say these with documents and witnesses.
You don't just go to the police a week after you've been Rape to say, "somebody Rape me." You must COME with evidence (physical or ddocument) of rape. You are just naive or pretending to be so. It is the job of the citizen to report a crime & that of law enforcement agents to investigate it & investigation requires gathering of evidence & witnesses. Why should police ask us to report SUSPICIOUS acts if we are to provide proofs. |
Politics › Re: EFCC Invites Justice Folahanmi Oloyede, Who Accused Aregbesola Of Fraud by luvinhubby(m): 10:53am On Aug 03, 2015 |
ayindejimmy: Where did I typed that EFCC is a law court. Is it only in the court you need to provide evidence?
Do you even know how the Justice system works? EFCC works like the police. So you can just sit at home and report a crime...no evidence to backup your allegations? What do you want the police to tender in court - your word? Police requires your statement to commence investigations & she has given them one. All police or EFCC needs is a tip off ( often times annonymous) to investigate or probe into a matter, whether from home, office or barracks & is it the job of the complainant to provide police or EFCC material evidence for prosecution, what are they being paid for? |
Politics › Re: EFCC Invites Justice Folahanmi Oloyede, Who Accused Aregbesola Of Fraud by luvinhubby(m): 9:42am On Aug 03, 2015 |
ayindejimmy: If we don't want to be prejudicial, Don't you think it'll be tasking to run to every state the alarm of corruption is being blown? Having in mind they have many task at hand already. And Osun is not the only state owing. The onus is on the accuser to substantiate her allegations with evidence beyond reasonable doubts. The Court works with evidence... Overwhelming evidence. Not allegations. There's no harm in going if the trip is at EFCC's expense And since when did EFCC become a law court? Investigation requires interogating suspects & not the other way round. |

Thought APC said they will encourage whistleblowing?
Are you inviting the judge that wrote a petition or should you send operatives to Oshogbo to investigate the petition of the judge considering the fact that workers are being owed 8 months salary across board in Osun state & the state has received it's monthly allocation up to date. Considering the fact that the state allocations are public knowledge & the record books are there for all to scrutinise & get the facts they want, EFCC should just go ahead with their investigation & leave the woman alone. Hope this is not a case of double standard. |
