It isreally the human lopes in the architecture that are responsible. As long as the sim wasn't cloned or reassigned then the only probable cause is an insider at the bank. The bank knows and might have taken action against theperdons involved but won't disclose it to the customer because to do so is to admit their fat and refund the money which is the last thing to do.

So it is not cybersecurity we should be concerned about to architecture to make big corporate organisations like banks and government agencies to become accountable whereby an "ordinary" citizen can take them on and get justice.

This may not even be a cybersecurity issue. It could just be an insider job. Some Nigerians are just corrupt. Whatever the case may be, the bank should provide the details of the funds withdrawal. What channel was used to move the money: card, ATM, transfer or direct debit? Investigation can start from there.
