Osihmen still has a lot to learn sef before he can move to the EPL cos there won't be 2nd chance for him if he doesn't hit the ground running immediately. Things like finishing, offside awareness, first touch still needs working on plus Man Utd itself isn't in a position now to be improving a player. That his undue agression should be reduced too cos EPL defenders will exploit it. See what happened to Nunez the other day.

True, but if he experiences that , he can be as smart as Sebastian' Haller and move away to a decent team outside England. Or he could run out his contract and still manage a move to an average team in the EPL. That's just the worst case scenario for him.

I believe football is a here and now phenomenon with opportunities and time. If it's the time to move why can't he still improve at united and make history there. All it takes is the heart and hard work to it.

To be a world beater, the podium doesn't come better than such opportunities. He may actually be taking the crown of glory from Ronaldo with this move and be our own true world beater

Well small boy, first this not politics secition. We've told you many times that forgiveness never limits his desired players to national team on ethnic affiliation.

I really don't want to talk about your small boy joy to dig up these post of forgiveness to nail him here to prove a point. Grow up and stop looking for petty points to prove.

So Osimhen will likely be the only naija player in top 5 league to score today. The only question is how many goals will he score ?

Sir, you owe no one any explanation about how you feel about a particular player. As long as the player in question is a Nigerian and this is a Super Eagles thread, you are free to criticize him just as others should feel free to praise him when they feel he is doing well.

Vawulence everywhere !!!

Supernerdy actually has a way of making people wanna dislike a player when he is hyping them whenever people don't seem to agree to him.

I don't know if he does it purposely for any reason ,or he does it without him knowing what he does. There was a time he led the charge with safarigirl, Chriskel, Kelly whatever on supporting iheanacho the season he wasn't playing well due to few opportunities to play or while Komekn and a few thought he lazy and lacked any true potential for EPL in comparison to other British Nigerian descent players like Solanke, Tammy etc. There was interesting comparison that freaked many out back then but it was an interesting episode here.

Today it's Nwakili's matter and like the previous episodes like Osimhen vs Haaland vs Tammy, They keep the pages interesting and shouldn't be taken seriously. After all everyone is giving an opinion and that's just it.

No be hype bro. Everyone of them is solid. We dominated and played good breath taking football. Even the French coach was impressed by the display while having a good banter with our coach at the end of the game.

FT France 0-1Nigeria

There couldn't have been a better time to have a team like this .
Beautiful match from this female side.
They are well drilled.
They will play in the finals.

At least 5 players will make the Super Falcons squad to the World Cup.

Someone that scored 10 Epl goals last season for a moi moi team is deemed lucky for signing for another relegation team when players that, he is more talented are signing for bigger team. Why are my in the midst of people with inferior mentality

12large and the way e dey reason. You are so conscious about your opinions that it puts u in a loop.

Did Dennis not have a poor performance at cologne before he moved to Watford?

Or have u forgotten it was a schock when he joined watford or did u think we could have justified his move to the EPL with that?

He joins watford and what we pretty deemed fit was a move to a more reputable mid table team like Everton or Westham after a stellar season for watford. But it turned out not to be, making it look like sarr and Dennis who I consider to be of equal pedigree status will be held down in the championship. Boom! Dennis moves again to the EPL which is why I say he has a strong lucky head to get to play for Forest again

If umar’s reported move to dortmund materializes then it implies we hv now more players in decent/big clubs in europe top 7 leagues

Osimhen- Napoli
Bassey- Ajax
Umar- borussia dortmund
Lookman ademola- Atalanta
Samu chukwueze- villareal
Zaidu- fc porto
Abdullahi ishaq- anderlecht
Ndidi- leicester
Iheanacho- leicester
Aribo- Southampton
Akpoguma- hoffenheim

Southampton & hoffenheim are they actually decent / big ? They aren't traditional powerhouse in their country like anderlech, neither have they won their respective leagues in recent times like Leicester, they are not even European league playing teams like Napoli or Villareal with all fairness

Lol ,you don’t even need to ask this

Aubameyang will be relegated to the bench with immediate effect .

You think Barca purchased lewa at 33 for 40 million euros to come and bench him ?

Remember after Ronaldo and Messi Lewandowski is the 3rd biggest name in world football .

If I recall well they both played briefly together at Dortmund. Before Lewy moved to Munich and they became rivals for the golden boot.

Okay.... this account (the initial acct) was according to Football italia.

My napoli friend just gave me another account.

He said, Victor wasn't fouled. It was his teammate, Ostigard.

Leo Ostigard (on Victor's team) got fouled badly by Elmas but the foul wasn't called and they went on to score from that situation.

This got Victor mad and he protested the fact that a foul wasn't called against Elmas for a clear infringement on Ostigard in the buildup to the goal.

Anguissa tried to calm him but Victor wasn't having it.

This is why Victor kept protesting and Spalletti had to send him off for a quick shower.

Well, if this is the actual true account... then all I see here is a lad who wants to win or lose fairly.....even if in training. All is a competition to him all the time.

Victor's always been a passionate hothead but a winning mentality is no crime.

Here is a clip of Victor departing the pitch:

You are deliberately trying hard to make a rational justification for him. He wasn't the only team mate of that player. They are all team mates and all club mates.

After the falcons scored the first goal against Morocco. The female comenatator was like "it doesn't matter if they are playing with 9 players, the super falcons will always find a way to score". At this point we were a goal up and a player down.

Now I know why they equalized and we got another red card. Her mouth !

I'm currently watching the match between Morocco and Nigeria again. I'm looking at Ayinde's red card and I'm more convinced that it's not a redcard. Ayinde stood her ground while the Moroccan player ran in to intercept the ball, at that point Ayinde's leg was up in the air it was only natural that she finds the ground to place her leg as her eyes were on the ball which was in possession of another Moroccan player.

She didn't run in to stamp her feet like Ajibade's redcard or the over looked Moroccan redcard that was reduced to a yellow card. She was simply stand having her leg raised and the morrocan ran into her space.

Does this mean the beginning of an end to our dynasty's reign in women football. We failed to qualify for the female soccer Olympics and here we are now , though we qulified for the World Cup , but we wouldn't be champions of Africa to console us for missing out of Olympic female football.

This is how trends starts and the earlier we nip this in the bud the better for us.

We may not have lived up to expectations on the world stage but we are a dominant team on the African continent. Sadly, this tournament put me at the edge of my sit watching our beautiful super falcons.

The girls have tried they have done their best. They held their nerve playing with 9 ladies for over seventy minutes including overtime.

I'd recommend that we host the next women competition to give our team a fresh sense of balance and understanding of the true Nigerian spirit, ruthlessness, mastery that has over the years characteristized our female team

Plumptre's energy in that defense cannot be overemphasized.

Uchiebu has been a monster in the midfield though lucky not to have received a second yellowacard plus a handball in the box which the referee overlooked

Our goalkeeper, chiamaka has been impressive though she could have done better to parry the ball further.

Ohale at the back is rock solid

You see my plight is not with anyone but that lady running the commentary. I'm guessing she is a former falcon player. She is having this vibes of silent joy that the team is playing the way they are.

When Morocco equalized she went like "this is what we want to enjoy from a semifinals game" she was excited and happy

She falls into that class who believes their set was the best.

I remember when Asisat was to win her fourth African player of the year title and perpetual nwokocha didn't vote for her simply because she didn't want asisat to match her record.
