This is just a beer induced talk but I feel that God is just showing his wrath to the govt of PMB that his refusal to remove Buratai is tantamount to going against his will.
God is telling him that if Buratai is being kept because he is deemed efficient, then his incompetence will be exposed for all to see.
Remove Buratai, prosecute him and see a more competent army general lead d army and take it to new heights.
Random thoughts though.

They speak Igbo as second language.

Honestly nairaland has opened my eyes to some things. I know some guys from Ntezi whom I was amazed that no one could understand any bit of what they speak though they bear igbo names like Ekene,Chika etc.

Lol u see yourself, I've been on this forum for a while and I try to avoid insulting people, it is not my thing as I hate unnecessary confrontations. But you are surprised because you think because I'm Yoruba I would automatically be bad mannered. What makes you think we don't think the same of you too. Why we didn't want it in 2015 wasn't because we hated the south. It was because the south was u fortunate to produce an ineffectual buffoon as president thereby robbing us collectively of huge development. You didn't ask why we supported him in 2010?and even before that. By the way the north still isn't as invincible as they look, they will still come to the south to look for votes in 2019,and latest by 2023 power will return to the south. We just need the south to be stronger politically . either in the sw/ss/se individually or together, but we all know which is better.
Your reason for not supporting GEJ was not because he did nothing for the West but because of Tinubu. You people play Tribal politics. Tell me did you vote Buhari because he has something to offer? Absolutely not. The truth is that GEJ did nothing for southeast but was more preferred to Buhari. Listen igbos never liked Buhari so a different candidate would have divided the Votes in the southeast.

Who is talking about Buhari here? Why are you guys always in the forefront of defending corruption?

Did Stella Odua Steal Under Buhari also?
I don't know who you are but it is very wrong for you to say that igbo people support corruption.
When Jonathan was in power some yorubas rained all sorts of insults on him and nobody called yorubas names. Now Buhari is in power and some Igbos are doing the same and the igbos are termed haters.
Also when Fashola was accussed of corruption similar to that of stella odua the yorubas defended him and nobody called yorubas supporters of corruption.

Please let igbo people be. Igbo does not mean PDP or APC.

Funny u think am of another tribe cos I didn't jumb up and down at the notion of being or not being Isreali. Is that all you live for, are you that myopic? Yes the igbos have suffered way much more than any tribes in that horrible country call Nigeria but bro, IPOB, MASSOB and the likes are not the answer neither is this calling of weather Igbos are black Isreali or not. Igbos are the most industrious tribe in Nigeria but keep making the same mistake their fathers made eons ago. The attrocities of the Biafra war is not to be lived for but to be learned from. The sad thing we see now is that youths like u want to repeat that same mistake and I ask myself where did the lessons go? Bro the igbos are on a moving burning train that we have the keys and breaks to either stop and get out or destroy ourselves in the process. "When they tell the housefly not to perch on corpses and it doesn't listen. When u bury the corpse, u bury the he houselfy with it"

What is he saying?

Its ironic, that a man that muscled the Federal Government,to build the Federal Polytechnic ,in his Village OKO, instead of more developed towns in Anambra is throwing jabs at this Government.

As the Vice-president of Nigeria then, what marks did he leave in Nigeria?what are his legacies?and when he came back the second time and could have redeemed himself,he helped found the biggest kleptomaniac political party in the world,PDP.

Make this man sit down joor. Our people make proverb say, them dey call Meat,Kpomo sef come dey show face.

He lost the right to say anything meaningful a long time ago, when he gave us the PDP.
keep living in self denial. But if you check very well you will discover that you've said nothing meaningful other than attack the old man.

No where in the statement were excuses made for ritualists. My aim of the whole write up is to demystify the whole blood money myth and make Nigerians think rationally. Hopefully someone would read it up and try to convince others he/she knows the trickery involved. The more people aware of the lies, the less people would get tricked to engage in the act.
Yes I sat down to conclude these facts, why? I did it because when one thinks without religion and mysticism clouding their judgement they can see these for what they originally are: tricks.
I typed in the comment the existence of jazz but never claimed they work. Till today I've never seen a person who saw ode-eshi nor teleportation work upclose, the stories are always third and fourth hand experiences with no picturial or video proof. I once witnessed a fight between ikeja and oshodi agberos (touts).
They used guns, heavy matchets, broken bottles and other sharp objects on themselves but I was surprised that none of them penetrated their body. You could only see some marks like when one is wiped with a rod.

Listen this is a first hand witness. I saw it with my own eyes and I also was aware when the whole fight was planned because I used to know some of the bad boys around the ipodo area in ikeja.

I don't know if you are a christian.
Do you remember Noah's story in Genesis 6, the lord destroyed the world with water except Noah's household having warned the people but they were adamant thus refusing to repent of their sins and God's judgement came on them.

The day of Noah was one dispensation while we are now in the dispensation of grace. While grace is available now God can forgive any sin as long as the sinner repents and seeks God's forgiveness. But who ever refuses to repent will born in an unquenchable fire for eternity.

Christianity Etc › Re: Is It The Will Of God For Believers To Fall Sick? by mabea: 8:01am On Oct 02, 2016
Jesuobu:
Well, I asked this question but I will give a response which I think the answer is and maybe you can give a different response which you think the answer is.

Sickness is a state where good health is missing and can also be described as something that is corrupting a good and healthy state of being. When Adam sinned, he condemned all of humanity to suffer the consequences of that sin, one of which is sickness. The sickness of someone can be the will of God but not in all cases because some people sick because of their own negligence and nonchalant attitude towards their own health and well being.

But again some ailment in some believers can be the will of God to bring about His sovereign purpose to glorify Himself and to exalt His holy name. God can devise so many approach to draw you close to Him and one of which is sickness and after your tussle with the ailment and your mind is finally made up to follow Christ, He will take away the ailment eventually and you will live your life like a new born baby.

God can also use sickness as a method of discipline or as a judgement against sin, though sickness is certainly the result of the fall of man into sin but God is very much in control and will never allow Satan to go beyond his boundaries in the life of a sick believer and the case of Job is an example of this.

So my dear nairalanders, do you think otherwise? If yes, please give your reasons. Thanks and God bless.
I think the tittle of this topic should be different from this based on the above points.

God's will for you or anyone else is not sickness. Yes you may suffer sickness as a consequence of sin but it is not God's will for you.

God tempts no one but He chastises to correct but that doesn't mean that it is His will for you to fall sick.
Christianity Etc › Re: " by mabea: 7:32am On Oct 02, 2016
Often times when questions like this are asked people tend to narrow it down to christianity. Every religion believes in the existence of a God but have different medium of accessing him.

As a christian, knowing that God exists is not about whatever doctrine or a theological teachings but by the conviction of the Spirit.

Being born again is having a regenerated heart or a new spirit. Remember humans are spirits.

So it's very difficult for someone who is born again (christian) to deny the existence of God because you already have the witness of the spirit.

Let me also add that God himself speaks to His children. You can hear Him talk audibly with you in a discuss.

However I'm also aware that the devil can attack someone's mind in order to sweep him off his feet. This is why the bible says that we should guide our hearts with all diligence......
