I felt insulted by today's questions, habaaa, how can they(unilorin) bring such cheap questions?, well it was fun sha, i saw big_bug_ben smilin after killin d exam, taosola wasnt left out, it was a remarkable experience for we nairalanders meetin up for d first time, we were a team, shizy gurl was quite busy sortin out herself durin d first process, we didnt get to see her cos her schedule didnt permit, well,we proved our vibrancy and intelligence, all we need now is God divine favour to follow up our efforts, , Well, take this as a bonus, who was d military head of state dat chose d title president for himself? A.obasanjo,B.shagari,C.,babagida,D.alvan ikoku.

@monlover, yes ooo,there is still love on d face of d earth even among so much hate, i'm a benefactor of such love, imagine randomly searching names from last year admitted remedial students list on facebook,sent about 7 pple inbox msgs statin my plight on how i intend to start d remedial prog but dont hav anywher to stay, i stated how much i've spent on agents & guest houses, to my utmost shock only 1 person responded, he was a fresher then in 100level,lives in kano,but stays wit his elder brother's friend.he harboured me for a week,defendin me b4 his brother's friend as a skool mate of his way back in kano, wen i think about such human love & sacrifice, i pause in awesome wonder!!

@ag vibrancy, mehn,u really got a situation here, if i were u,i wud be in something worse than a delima, but notwithstandin,i think ur brainwave makes sense, i guess d exam wud run for bout 5 days if they shud go d same way it was done last year but dats if they have much candidates applyin, i really wish u have d last laugh on dis, keep to d thread so dat u can always keep a tab on pple's exam date based on wen they registered, as for me, pple who registered dis mornin were given time rangin from 12pm to 1pm but wen i finished mine,i was given 2pm, so i guess its a first come first have thingy, best of luck bro,
on a last note, i dont think u have any problem wit ur choice of centre provided u get there on time for ur exams.

@big ben, Thanks brov, its sure going to be a wholesome experience gettin ready for d exam, its just because of some lined up activities i got myself involved in dats keepin me in lag,if not so i'm supposed to b in ilorin nw to start jackin cos wen u jack in skool u'll be oppurtuned to lay hands on different materials brought by various students especially during night classes, but be it as it may,i'll b in ilorin latest by monday 9th so as to tie all loose ends,

@all,i really must say this,big bug ben is right,watever u print out is for ur personal record keeping, u wont be asked to produce any document for any reason, but to be on d safer side u can print as many back ups as deemed fit.ur record n bio data is already wit d skool awaitin to be stamped admitted.hope to see u all soon.

@all, its really cool when we share info here, like i said earlier on d admission this year is goin to be highly competitive, due to d fact dat we have much qualified candidates totallin almost 24,000, its gonna be quite confusin & fustratin on how unilorin wish to take about 4'000 out of d whole total applyin, prepare for anything even d worst,whether post utme or not, unilorin can be quite funny attimes, and may ALMIGHTY GOD SEE US THROUGH, AMEN

Cont'd, as stated by NUC.now 60,000+ chose ilorin this year,after d realease of jamb scores 24,000+ are very qualified n deemed fit for admission.unilorin made provision for 1600 students to partake in dis year remedial programme @#73,250 as fees wit no accomodation included.1,500 is d intention of d skool to admit among d remedial students but unfortunately only 1090 showed up for pre-degree/remedial programme mayb due to its high cost n d fact dat d programme was non residential meanin dat u ar on ur own while in remedial.now,its no news dat all dis remedial students would be admitted cos it happened last year students who failed remedial wer given admission provided they pass jamb @ 200.now do d maths urself,if d skool has space for 5,500 & 1090 already hav admission based on rems not 2 leave out IJMB& direct entry students.if ur mode of entry is utme.i suggest u pray hard.d competition is gonna b like never b4 especially if post utme doesnt hold.its gonna be ur jamb & o'level or long legs dats if u have

@everybody,all prospective students of ''better by far'' unilorin,i hail ooo, sorry,i've not been really active on dis thread for quite sometime now, i'm a remedial student and i just concluded exams two weeks ago, it was nice if u care to know and i can confidently tell you dat unilorin pre-degree/remedial programme is d best u can get anywhere, d time frame is gbam(just six months),courses are complete xcept medicine,accountin and law, subjects to be done are just 5, chemistry,biology,physic,maths & english 4 science while commercial & arts students english',literature,crs/irs,history,arabic/french/yoruba.
Anyway,to cut long story short exams were successful. Now back to the point,even as a remedial student,we're considered on two grounds, on remedials scores & as utme candidates, if 'is' doesnt go then 'was' will go. so just like every1 here i've been followin up on d post ume screenin n stuffs.from a reliable source,unilorin admission will be highly competitive,wit an available space for just 5,500

@vicky,based on d fact dat autonomy has been given to nigerian universities to carry out decisions affectin them single handedly,its likely dat the motion raised cant affect them and if atall its going to it will follow due process which might be a never endin one, now all this when weighed on a scale, its likely dat post ume will hold but will be closely monitored by delegated authorities as in terms of monetary aspects because thats one major aspect dat d masses are protestin against, so good luck in advance, u sure be needin it,

@christiana my dear,hold on to ur faith, besides d cutoff mark hasnt being concluded, we're guessin 180 due to mass witholdin of results by d board, God will definitely bear you in mind when he's bout to work. Cheer up
, mind you, dont listen to any scammer in here or anywhere ooo, unilorin doesnt tolerate any form of indicipline, our notice boards are carry pictures of bout 30 students recently expelled for various offences, some were alledged to have collected money from prospective students, now d victims wont b compensated in any way rather their names in one way or d other has entered d skool record, So pls apply common sense to watever u think its ur next step, in my honest opinion i think waitin to hear from d skool cutoff mark or if there would b post ume is d best, good luck.
