Joggin of course i do that but it'll marvel you if i tell you even while engaging in whats normally called joggin i go beyond normal joggin speed almost running. Why? To test and build my endurance and perseverance and thats why i complete around 9km within 30minutes which is even still too long for what i want to achieve.
