Among the seized vehicles include 4 Rolls Royce, 1 Porche Panamera, 1 Jaguar, 1 Bentley, 2 Lexus Jeep , 2 G wagon, 1 Toyota Land Cruiser, 5 Toyota Corolla, 7 Mercedes Benz among others mostly 2017 models.

These 31 assorted Vehicles alone have a duty paid value of One Billion, Four Hundred and Twenty Nine Million, Nine Hundred and Fifty Three Thousand, Nine Hundred and Forty One Naira, Fifty kobo (N1,429,953,941.50) only.
Does it mean someone with such money to buy these exotic cars couldn't pay for duty or is there anything beyond duty or are they cars contraband. Please let someone in the house throw light on this. Thanks

Applications are hereby invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the underlisted programmes for 2017/2018 academic year

II. Agricultural Extension And Management
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
The entry requirements for the programmes are as follows:
1) Candidates are required to possess National Diploma in their chosen programme from recognized/accredited Polytechnic or Monotechnic
2) Candidates are also to posses at least five (5) relevant O’level credits including English and Mathematics at not more than two sittings in WAEC/NECO or NABTEB(O’level Examinations).
3) Candidates are required to have at least one year or two years post Natinal Diploma Industrial Training Experience.
For details on the entry requirements peculiar to each of the Higher Diploma (HND) programmes, candidates should visit the Polytechnic website www.fpno.edu.ng
It is also important to NOTE that any false data entry during the on-line registration will lead to disqualification of the candidates at any time such is discovered.
METHOD OF APPLICATION
1) All candidates MUST first go to the school portal www.fpno.edu.ng and click on Application link on the home page under students.
2) Fill your Bio-data in the form and generate an invoice, print or copy out the invoice number, ( you can do this on your mobile phone)
3) Proceed to any bank of your choice and make a payment of #7,500 on Remita platform, Account No. 0140468461017, using your invoice number. You can also choose to make your payment using your VERVE,VISA, or MASTER CARD. If you choose the card payment option, you will be asked to fill the card details for the payment to be processed immediately.
4) Return to schoo portal www.fpno.edu.ng and complete your application process. Submit your data as requested and print out reciept and acknowledgement slip. If you process your payment using your card, you will reture to the portal immediately to print your receipt and acknowledgement slip.
5) All application procedures MUST be concluded on or before 12 midnight of 3rd February, 2018.
Applicants can start and complete this process from any location in the country. It is therefore advisable to minimize journeys to Owerri for the purpose of completing the form.

imo state civil servants are on 5days warning strike which ended today let us see what will be next move since imo state government is saying the strike is politically motivated instead of paying the workers. i just checked my M.Sc worked result it is 3.75 cgp and requirement for pHD is 4.0 cgp, though 'm writing my thesis at finishing touches of my thesis, i was tempted to drop the program cos of the result but now i just got part-time lecturing job in federal poly and the HOD of my dept asked me when i will finish my M.Sc. do schools take 3.75 cgp M.Sc for lecturing jobs? Pls i need good advice from experienced minds
