The bank requires a national ID or voters card, for me to have access to my account but I do not have any, they even considered the NYSC I'd card as invalid when I tendered it. I have received alert for my allowance but I don't have access to my money because they need to verify my date of birth ...pls does any1 has similar problem or does any
