ogugua88: I don't like shea butter really. It did nothing for my hair and it felt too heavy on my skin. Coconut oil has done wonders for my hair. I used to use it on my skin. I can only do so during our dry, cold seasons. I made a mistake of putting on coconut oil and going boating at the lake on a hot day. I came home resembling burnt dodo with skin peeling like an onion lol. Not recommended in the sun, I'll tell you that.

dis natural oils now n den are been prescribed for use externaly to get d best outof our youthful skin. But lets not decieve ourselves o, Do dis tins really work or der just overated.
