The trick here was timing, steady hands and enough trial and error no special settings.

He didn't focus. He just took the shot. I'm quite sure that the camera was passively focusing instead do actively.

I was in an estate and there is a security check/post there so I had to quickly take shots when I saw those beautiful flowers when they were not looking so as no to get into any trouble.
Most of my Gcam pix are between 7-12mb so nairaland reduces the quality drastically to be able to achieve the 4mb maximum requirement.

I've already made it clear that you can post your pictures here as long as you don't insult other brands like Infinix or tecno. That was the initial problem here. Because gcam is not your official cam. If Infinix users post a pic, it may not look so good and hence the bashing. And then they now want you guys to post only your Xiaomi default cam.
