I got the Mi band 4 about a month ago and I've been enjoying it since then. Cool features I must confess.

I installed the Notify and Fitness app but I just kinda find it too "complex" when compared to the Mi fit app. I don't know if anyone here can give me a workaround on how to go about the N&F app.

My device is redmi note 7. Just go to settings and look for exposure settings and do as I told you earlier.

Go to settings and increase the exposure compensation. Test and increase/decrease until you get your desired results.

PS: I am currently on MIUI EU ROM, just looking for a stable ROM with very good battery backup.

I'm on miui.eu custom rom. No much difference with miui stable. I tried ion os for about three weeks,it had some really nice features. Battery back was also between 6-7 hours sot but I guess I'm too used to miui so came back to miui.eu.
