In the polytechnics section, Federal Polytechnic
Nekede has the highest number of applicants
so far with a total of 137,351 candidates who
applied for the institution as 1st Choice and
120,810 applied the school for 2nd choice.
Yabatech follows with a total of 104,782 1st
choice candidates and 65,979 2nd choice
candidates.
Following Yabatech is Auchi Polytechnic with a
total of 86,280 of 1st Choice Candidates and
64,068 2nd choice candidates.

The Nnamdi Azikiwe University(UNIZIK) with 82,148 admission seeking applicants in 2012, can only admit 4,373 at the end of the day?

Over 77,000 persons must have wasted their parents money, applying for admission at the University.

JAMB has announced that candidates seating for
UTME 2013 will have 3 testing options. The first is
Computer Based Testing (CBT), which will allow
candidates write UTME using a computer and know
their result almost immediately. The second is the
computer-paper testing will allow candidates view
questions on computer but answer on paper.
The final option is the good old pencil and paper.
UTME candidates are expected to choose one of the
options. According to JAMB, by 2015 only computer
based testing will be available to UTME candidates.

Do you know that a total of six hundred and twenty three thousand and sixty nine(623,069) applicants out of the 1.5million who applied for the 2012 JAMB UTME are currently seeking admission from only 11 Universities, with a total carrying capacity, not exceeding 70,000 persons.

This means that over 554,000 persons would not be admitted, and would also purchase the next JAMB UTME form, increasing the number of applicants?

To beat this number to ur admission u need to start with having the right grade in ur o levels (waec neco nabteb a level gce etc) n have the right combination

Hello am sure some ppl hope is not yet broken but so many ppl hope r broke already by various higher institution. We r still expecting some list in some sch but it better we start planning for 2013/2014 utme and admission from now on to easy things for each other. It is for sure so many ppl will be joining the about to graduate secondary school student by next year and various examination bodies will soon start selling forms and lot of us will be obtaining the forms but before we fill that form let us have all the necessary information we need which will increase our chances in next year admission seeking exercise. We can get such information here don't just be shy to ask that question that has been on ur mind all along it might be the edge u need.
