This road in question is NOT under construction. I ply it every week and there is nothing like that...it's a lie! A construction company brought some machines in January, 'graded' it and left with all their equipment. If that is what you refer as 'under construction,' then we have a long way to go in Nigeria.
Call anyone living around there to verify.

I understand you feeling.... I pass the road 2weeks ago on my way to Minna, I wasn't happy with the state of the Road!!!.. It the same highway that lead to minna (Jebba-mokawa-bida-minna/lapai which some part have been construted and some part still underconstrution because I saw it with my own eyes!!!... Op am not trying to defend the Government.. I just want the contractor to work fast that all... (Daz all)

But INEC have to improve on the Machine because after passing thr stress to get my PCV card and on election day the machine was unable to read my card or finger print... i think i bleeped up in the registration process. i thought PGD application doesnt need to send in their transcript.. that's the problem, i didnt bother to send mine because i was unaware. anyway life still goes on. congrats to the admitted students, its a disappointment cause i was looking forward to seeing macpetrus and co in the department.. so guys please still keep in touch, be our eyes down there and may you come out victorious in your endeavors

Am not against the use of Card readers... But INEC have 4yrs to prepare for these, maybe FG refuse to give Fund for the project? No ones know!!!.. INEC cannot aviod to fail Nigeria.. 6week is enough to knw maybe the card reader is going to work or Not!!!!!
