Are you even an Engineer to understand what was being said in technical details? Do you know the level of pilling that will be done for a new bridge to be constructed? Mark it somewhere when they are done with the BOQ (if you understand what it means) of that bridge it will be nothing less than #200B.

Minister of Works, David Umahi, said the council also approved N5.6 billion to hire specialized engineering consultants for the design and cost assessment of the new bridge.

The kind of looting ongoing in this administration is unprecedented. imagine using #5.6 Billion for designing or a bridge and Bill of Quantity for the bridge. Wooo. Make Una fear Godooo.
