And now the week has ended.
If i had knew i would ve used the free shipping method from my seller instead of wasting my money

tranxo: From the look of things, u actually paid the seller for the cost of goods directly. Cvm charges $10 service charge which shld be the N1,620 u mentioned @ d rate of N162 per $
Now if you paid $20 total to ship from china to lagos, it simply means that u used normal shipping & ur good is less than 10kg.
Normal: 0 ~ 10kg is $10 per kg
Normal: 10kg ~ 50kg is $8 per kg
Express: $13 per kg

D 2k u paid is the waybill fee the public bus transport charged. I dont see any irregularity here. If u had wanted it in 3 days, u wld have requested for express.
Your complaint about 7~10days suggests u may not hv gone thru their website thoroughly.
Please lets not always be quick to shout fraud, or scam cos this is someone's genuine source of livlihood. Patience is the key. Yes cvm slacked in response to emails. i have some unanswered for 3days & had to call elena. she was profusely sorry cos she is really swamped with work mostly outside the office.

whatever their shortcomings & delays, they are humans & still a green horn to some extent. lets be sincere & confirm they hvthe cheapest rates so far.
until we have another option from china, all we can do is to encourage them.
i also suggest a new thread be opened solely for cvm matters.. this will help us expand & explore on other areas in importation.

mikelreal: 10 dollars is for thier service rendrd,they charge 13 dollars per kg or so. if after all ur calculations u spent 5k to bring ur item from china to ur state,my broda it is cheap! i cant remember d last time i saw a dhl shipn fee under 50 dollars. the fact is cvm is d cheapest courier service out thier, if u ve anybdy at all that charges less than cvm pls share.. as for thier emails that one don tey, u just ve to be patient,

and now CVM is charging me $10 for a service ?
Did i send dem to help go to the sellers place to get it?

Seriously, if i had knew it would be like this, i would ve used DHL
i pay $20 for just from china to Nigeria
and an additional 2000 naira which 1 of ur agent say i would pay for him to transport my parcel down to PH here...
Total is almost 5k and you Say CVM is cheap with the delay of 7 - 10days again?

most annoying part is d useless contact us link they kept on their site which dont reply mails and i was even helping dem advertise their services to my friends not knowing i would be charged for a service i dint beg dem.

I purchased a tablet from a seller on Aliexpress.
I agreed with the seller that i dont want their free shipping to Nigeria rather they should ship it to my agent(crisvicmall)
.
I gave them the address of crisvicmall.
I just got a mail now that full shipment has been made.
Nd now, crisvicmall sent me a mail that 1620 has been deducted for the purchase... And that shipping fee isnt there...
I dnt understand why they wanna charge me 1620 twice for just shipping down to Nigeria...
Nd i'ld still transport the product down here in PH.
Their customer care representatives re as slow a sick snail.
I send mails to dem, i get reply in days time...
Atimes, they dont even reply me.
