5. A stakeholders’ forum to review the existing templates for project delivery.

6. Prioritization of project execution and payments that deliver up the most impact for the country.

7. New focus in project execution to shift to “security, health, education, water and road infrastructure.”

8. Suspension of all further award of contracts on water hyacinths in the Niger Delta.

9. Implementation of recommendations of review of the Forensic Audit Report into the operations of the NDDC.

10. Constitution of the board of the NDDC in line with extant law.

All employment has been suspended and read no 3 well a lot of staffs are already losing there jobs due to employment not legally allowed by FCC over 600 staffs are going all thanks to Akpabio. Thanks

Please take your hopes off Nddc as there is a memo By the present Minister to withdraw already Serving/contract staffs who where not legally employed by Akpabio ( with out clearance from FCC and salaries and wages) in the last two years .

Upfront is a percentage/fraction of a staff salary paid at the begining of the year. It is actually unearned as at the time it's paid.
For example: if a staff salary is supposed to be 340,000 Monthly without upfront. The organization can decide to pay upfront of 1,200,000 to that staff at the begining of the year and this will reduce the monthly salary to 240,000 throughout the year as the balance has been enjoyed earlier. This is to say, a fraction of the monthly salary is gathered and paid up front to the staff.
Some people said it's an allowance but i think it's actually a fraction of the supposed monthly net pay, that is why a staff of a bank who received upfront in January and decides to resign anytime before the year end will be asked to refund the balance for the remaining months to the year end.
I dunno if NDIC and other MDA's ask for refund in the same event of resignation before year end.

It's a lump sum paid yearly which comprises of Housing allowance, health and some other allowances, it's not d same with dat of d 28 days allowances, d latter is paid just once while d former is paid yearly.

actually you wrong about this sir, i do use sir for random people be it on Nairaland, WhatsApp or any social media platform. Even physically, i do use sir for random people. It doesn't take away anything from me. I use "sir" for random people and i get the same from people.
It doesn't mean one is faking a smile or trying to ask for help or something.

People leave FIRS for CBN simply because CBN welfare packages and allowances are far higher than FIRS. So YES with my full chest CBN is better than FIRS. So go for CBN
