Some of us who've been in the UK for long know of numerous Naija babes who 10-20 years ago were arrogant, cocky princesses who no Naija man was good enough for. You'd try to chat them at the club and they'd kiss their teeth and look away.

Today, they're childless and single at 45 and can't for the life of them get a fella to look at them, much less date them. Some in desperation screw a chancer and end up single mothers. Most end up resigned, lonely, and bitter.

By their comments, I see some ladies here might end up like this as well.   More grease to your elbows ladies.  wink
Yeh yeh, tell that to the take away chicks,I am sure they will rush back to the guy's crib, oh wait, they can just use a back alley.WOTEVER tongue tongue tongue tongue tongue tongue

When I go for my elective postings in whatever overseas country I smuggle myself into, the first thing I'll do is go to a club,wall-stand,and pick up any average white chick who's ready to go to my apartment that nite,so help me god.
No offence are you not afraid that someone that easy could give you more than you bargained for, not talking health wise, I am sure you would be careful in that aspect. lipsrsealed

Well, hear it is again. . . . .

Are you ladies complaining that you do not get approached by thirsty guys at the club??

Surely, if you do not get approached by guys who are just up for a quick sleep with then that must be a good.
Or are you ladies suggesting something else??

It is called "tying your man" in Jamaica, and it is far worse than what's been described.

I was going to say "gutter rat de all bout" but because we are just  guessing at his meaning I did not.

I asked the question in the 1st place to find out what he really was referring to.

But it's true that some think that all Jamos are baby- mothers or dance hall ho--. I have a "set reply" for all who think this, "I live at home with my mother" that sorts the wheat from the caff tongue tongue tongue

4llerbuntu, Dis your mouth. Chicken the Insurance company sent me this Wonderful replacement.

You are correct about the other one, only 15 months old so looks like new. Had diagnostics equipment on it, all that was wrong was the ram, which I replaced, cost me only 20 quid. The fan you told me about was also fine, just spinning so fast that I could not see said going around.

Hey u, I saw what you said on your last post, you are bad, let me catch you sha, I will give you HELL NO. angry angry grin grin

I have a GREAT PASSION for them myself.

I have been collecting the hand-embroidered type for some time now.I wear the really large ones as wrappers from time to time.

Hate the blanket around the neck look that they can sometimes have so go for the super fine ones, the so called "wedding band weight".

Why not show some on this thread. It would be great Sunday afternoon viewing. smiley smiley

@Poster, A small child of less than 2years old once  said "I love you" to me, the child did know me from Adam, he was not faking, that's how he felt at the time, for whatever the reason.

LOVE comes in many forms, as long as the person means you no harm it's all good.

I become anxious, scared, uncomfortable, unsettled and more careful anytime someone of the opposite sex tells me she loves me because I know she's just lying thru her teeth. Can people ever be sincere and mean it when they make that statement of commitment? I hate to say it when I don't mean it. Do I need help of some sort or something to get over this lie people call love?
@Poster, joking apart. You must have some very good ways other wise you would not hear those words said to you (unless the person was mad). They must be feeling some thing at that time. Just enjoy, you do not need to marry them.

In my real life I only use those words on the rare occasions, but I mean them 100%.
