You too, in that four years, what have you tried to do to salvage the situation? By this I mean, have you tried moving closer to God ( not all these fake prophets visits o) . I mean getting real born again and seeking God's face and intervention? Or all you care about is sexual gratification?because from your narrative, you didn't sound bothered about your childless situation. All you were ranting about is sex and your denial of it. Hm.

You better know what you want from that marriage and set your priorities right before God in prayers.

Finally, God is the only way out. If you can't humble yourself enough to submit yourself and all your worries to Christ, you might just remain the most confused person in your marriage.

I don't know why people think there's a solution outside Christ.

I think both of them should go for medical test and confirm they don't have medical issues.

With go relationship with God and prayers i believe the situation would get better...

I think her and he husband needs to have an honest conversation and stop deceiving themselves.

I had to open a new moniker so I can rant in peace. My head is full, so it's going to be a long post .
I got married to the love of my life 2017 (we started dating 2009) and we have two wonderful children. He loves me (I know for sure), doesn't cheat too and my in-laws are the most wonderful people on earth ( my mil especially). We have a joint business but the bad part :he is addicted to alcohol. He wasn't like this before we got married, he used to drink occasionally so I can't really tell how we got here. It's so bad that he can't go a day without it. Once he can't lay his hands on alcohol he will begin to shiver like a malaria patient. This addiction has gotten us into debts that I had to pay with my savings on several occasions. I'm talking of debts of 120k, 167k, 136k e.t.c. He's takes several loans from loan sharks , drinks like no tomorrow. He has wrecked ourbbusiness and only with the help of God was I able to rebuild It by taking loans and paying back. We even decided he gets a job so he can be more responsible but after working for a year he had nothing to show for it. Twice his parents had to take him to a therapist but it was all in vain as he would go back to drinking.
My head is scattered,I can't think straight, it's making me hate him. I tried leaving a few weeks ago , I went back to my mother's house but trust my mama, she begged me to go back and my mother in-law too. I don't even know what to do, my mental life is zero, I have withdrawn from everyone, I'm practically in poverty due to this addiction
He is a wonderful man BUT this addiction is a very big problem. We have prayed, fasted, gone to doctors but it's still there. I don't know what to do .

Take him to prayer city...

Let him do deliverance back to back.. for 2 weeks.

If possible make it the time there is weekend deliverance , so he would participate in 3 sessions.

It's an affiliction and a bewitchment.

It's q spiritual issue.. stop using physical solutions to it.. ask him the kind of dreams he has...

Hello,

I'm based in Lagos and want to visit the Dunamis Church - Glory Dome on Airport Road, Abuja - for a 3 day prayer retreat. I've never gone there before but all the enquires i have made so far sound so discouraging.

For one thing the lodging is 15k per day and for another, I am not so sure how to go about transportation and for how much. In fact i have never been to Abuja before and would need directions.

Pls who has been to Dunamis HQ in Abuja from Lagos and how did you go? How did you cut expenses? I wanna leave this by Saturday

I observed that the woman for whatever reasons always play the underdog in marriage. She is often regarded as a 'helper' playing almost a docile role in decision-making in the home.

Most people use religious precepts to relegate the rights of a woman to the background: as being the house-keeper and 'child-bearer'. But in modern times, many women play the role of 'provider' in the home, therefore forcing the man to also assist with household chores.

In modern times, Even in civilised climes, women now seek to either being independent parents or share same authority as the man in the home. But where the man does not feel comfortably with this, the result is divorce. I want to assume that this is the major cause of domestic violence in majority of homes.

Most women feel more comfortable being single parents than to submit to the egocentric excesses of the male folk.

What is your stand on this issue. I personally speak as a male.

In the beginning it was not so..

Men are to love there wives and women in turn submit.. in real life scenarios where all of this plays out the woman would usually have a kind of grip on her husband most of the times.

The dynamics of marriage is interesting and cannot be fully understood in layman terms we can only try to describe it.

All of this things women are hustling for they get it in a loving marriage because most times men woukd mostly like compromise more than the woman...

A woman is the next the man is head.. so she helps head to function and to large extent they hade pivotal even if the role is not so pronounced
