270k As Advance Payment Today To His Account And He Did
connive with someone to make me understand that the car was
being delivered from Kebbi State to Enugu. Moderator Should Ban
This Guy From Nairaland. I Will Post The Bank Tellers Tomorrow.
This Guy Is Scam. Avoid Him Like A Plague. Buyers,
B...E...W...A...R...E! He will claim to live very far from your
destination as an alibi for more payments before the non-existing
car arrives.

UK correctional authorities and the Akwa Ibom State government have reached an agreement to convert the Ikot Ekpene prison into a model reform centre.

In a dramatic development designed to train inmates for life outside
the prison walls when they finish serving their sentences, the
programme is the first of its kind in Africa. Akwa Ibom’s Governor
Godswill Akpabio, said that the development of the centre was part
of his youth reform programme.

Governor Akpabio added that his administration will do a lot more
for other under-privileged youths in the state such as orphans. He
added that at the moment orphans in Akwa Ibom State enjoy free
and compulsory education.

According to the governor, the development strides the state has
made would not have been possible without the support and co-
operation of the Akwa Ibom people, who, according to him, were
ready for change. He then called on the state’s head of civil service
to liaise with the leadership of Nigerian Institute of Management to
help train senior officers on modern working techniques.

We don't have a functioning metro rail today because the FG government didn't let it happen 30 years ago just to slow us down.

[s]I also want you to know Akpabio is ,already investing in human resources,that is why there is free and compulsory education up to the secondary level. Also there are a lot of Akwa-Ibomites that have benefited in the state government scholarship to study within and outside Nigeria.You will also agree with me, that no big business will start-up operation in a place where there are no good infrastructures...therefore Akpabio heavy investment in road construction,Airport,seaport and sport complex is in the right direction. Maybe we should find out what Dubai was like 25 to 30 years ago until the infrastructures started.
