Some Nigerians can never be happy. The action of this woman made me have a whole new respect for her. The people massively voted for Buhari all over the country except in the east where a couple of thousands still voted for him. They are the least educated sect in this country yet, they have held power and controlled the resources of this country more than all the other tribes put together. Despite the massive wealth they have accrued, their region is still one of the poorest and least developed in the country. Rubbis!! NIGERIA HAS THE BRAIN AND THE MAN POWER TO DEVELOP ITS OWN POWER STATIONS. It may not be as grand as the ones we have abroad but it will do the job. My brother schooled in MIT. He graduated with a degree in electrical engineering and is heading a team developing huge wind energy facilities in europe (ROMANIA). There are several other Nigerians like him that have tonnes of practical knowledge that could be useful to this country but for some reason, our government will rather hire mediocres. We should utilize our graduates. Hire young and hungry engineers and charge them with the task of developing a power station and also give them a time-line. Provide the necessary funds and watch them perform wonders. 4 Likes |

 Its nothing new. The law does not apply to the slightly affluent in Nigeria. It only takes strong will to be rich and still obey the law in Nigeria. Nigeria is the only country i know that is not at war but people can get away with murder. I can shoot you in the head right in the middle of the street, hop in my car and get away and nothing will happen. We have an extremely long way to go. 3 Likes |
