This is great new!! I always say Lagos is its own country but managed by extremely corrupt and wicked leaders. Besides Fashola, Lagos has not had a governor that executed people friendly projects. The roads in Lagos are extremely bad, no electricity, everywhere stinks, no good public hospital, insecurity is rife in certain places!
