Lets do the maths according to air-usa.com/aircraft, alpha jets consume 190 gallons/hour 190 gallons = 719 Litres/ Hour Since the military claims they us 1.9 million per month, the number of hours would be = 1,900,000/ 719 = 2, 643 hours. We have 24 hours in a day; so for us to determine the number of "days" flown in a month, it would be 2,643 hours/ 24 hours = 110 Days/ Month. In order to determine the number of flights per day, we divide 110 days/30 days = 3.66. APPX 4 IN ORDER FOR THE MILITARY TO UTILIZE 1.9 MILLION LITRES OF FUEL PER MONTH ON ALPHA JETS, THEY HAVE TO ATLEAST MAKE 4 FLIGHTS A DAY.
