Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab entered a not guilty plea today to charges of attempting to blow up an airplane en route from Copenhagen to Detroit. Appearing for the first time before a federal court, the 23-year-old Nigerian was polite in his brief exchanges with the judge, who entered the plea. The suspect's father, Alhaji Umaru Mutallab, who warned US authorities of his son's radicalization, was present for the hearing, the Detroit News reports.

Hmm I'm inclined to agree with his plea ,  you can only be guilty of a crime if you have a clear understanding of what you are doing at time. I dont believe this young Man was " aware"  I'm no expert but he looked dazed and confused!  brainwashed Or Hypnotised almost. 
Also he didnt pull it off theres alot to be said for his level of incompetence I mean why would you seriously try to light a banger in full view of staff & passengers? why not simply do so in the privacy of the planes washroom?
had he done so - he have been successful i.

OK too many responses to quote but the fact is -
This thread is worrying to say the least. Black Men need to be sensible if they want to continue to exist. whatever the Black woman's demeanor loud, fat,  she needs to be respected if you & your sons & daughters wish to survive because without the black woman there will be no more  "Black Man" a European woman cannot produce you neither can a Latino or an Asian.

Be sensible & understand that there are many personalites and many qualites of women within your race & if you meet one that you can not handle or simply doesn't suit you tip your hat and move onto to one that will.

I realise that self hating is & can be a symptom of a black man trying to fit /live within a Western mind set. But more importantly you has a black man need to realise this & recognise that  hating on your female counterpart is a sad reflection.

I visit a lot of forums because I've got friends from all over the world - & I have yet to come across a forum that slates  the females of their race in such a negative way. No matter what their Mentality or Short comings.
Is it any wonder that  African/Caribbean women are  now not only dating but Marrying , & having children with Men from different Racial backgrounds . How can they not? when they are judged so bitterly by the very men they were born to look up to.


Black Men / African Man get a grip on your selves. I'd like to see a thread  asking  suggestions on "How can we begin to love and appreciate  each other"  aimmed at black  male & female in the diaspora -  right from the ghetto - up to the top notch. we are ultimately a strong & positive race of people lets not forget!

If it were my BF I would'nt dump him because theres lots ways we could make love. & nowadays theres lots of ways we could start our own family if he's producing sperm.

I wouldnt stress it , if your gf cares she'll stand by you.

yeah but  she's not marrying his friends is she?  she's marrying him  she needs to be sure how she feels about him becos lets face it he cld have some really nice friends but be the worst of the bunch.

She needs to make her mind up. based on her feelings and nothing else " the fairy tale" isnt guaranteed
a lot of the time it takes real commitment by both parties & has to be worked at.

I think theres 2 different issues here
1. is interracial dating ok?
2. are black women only interested in money?

IMO ques # 1 yes it is ok for people to date interracial I mean why not what - if thats what a person wants to do. my only concern would be if the couple were thinking of marriage. because that throws up a whole lot of ques & issues mainly to do with the future.

ques 2 you've all nationalities of woman that are materialistic . & thats not a bad thing I would be concerned about the kind of life I would live with a woman that didnt want the good things for a Me & our family.
Ambition isnt a bad thing
What I would be wary of is [b]any[b] that measures a mans worth solely on what he earns or can give her.

& if thats the case ditch her , like someone said already there are plenty of woman Black Asian or White that aren't like that. choose one of them instead

its sounds as if your really happy with this guy and the way he makes you feel But having said that I think its you thats edging your bets with [b]him[/b there doesnt appear to be any generosity of spirit on your behalf if you truly care for him & noticed I used the word care which is the basis for " Love"

If you truly care for him why not live for the moment and just give the guy his papers as a gift and marry him without expectation!!! all you need to know is how you feel and if your willing to put the effort into the marriage and he is too. who knows it could work out.

But if it doesnt you need to remember that [b]you[b] married this man because you were in love with him.
and papers or no papers you cant always weigh & measure where loves concerned sometimes a marriage will last & sometimes it doesnt.

I dont know why it is tolerated becos it shouldnt be I imagine it hurts like hell.

secretly I think its the girls way of testing the guy out as in if doesnt hit me back he loves me & hes not quick tempered.

well I'm a black woman & so are most of my female friends ,  and I dont really think black women are angry I think its a myth becos what they really are is Honest

Infact this is perhaps one of the qualites that I like about my black female friends,  better out than in as they say.

They are all incredibly ssuccessful Rich black men married to Black women.
