About the prescription.
That is the prescription booklet.
The gingo is for blood flow.
The doctor claimed that my memory and attentional deficits were caused by reduced blood flow to the frontal lobe. It think it is bulll as I took gingo bloba for months in 2017/2018 and then vinpocetine for even longer. And my memory deficits never improved an inch, but 75mg impramine reversed those problems in less than 2 hours, and continued to do so for 16 days before my system stopped responding to the drug.
About the risperdone. I have to take it everyday as it is there with esctalopram to boost the antidepressant effect of the SSRI. It is not there to treat psychosis.

Thereafter means after a dosage have been taken for x days, another stated dosage should be taken for the rest of the period. 3/7 means first 3 of 7 days.

You can open two nairaland accounts with klass@gmail.com and klass@googlemail.com.
Nairaland accepts both as two different mail, whereas it is just one email.

No, not everyone has multiple accounts on NL. I have just this one account at the moment and I would like to keep it that way.

The process of registering multiple accounts is even too tedious, how many phone numbers will one person provide for a Yahoo or Gmail account? How many email accounts will you have to open just to register more handles on NL?

Only a desperate con artist like you will jump through hoops for multiple accounts on NL.

Why were the other accounts deactivated? No be you deactivate yourself, after those handles became infamous for scam/fraud.

I open multiple monikers at once. The lovenkraand/Squillaci were opened with the same email. One googlemail the other was gmail. You can try it.
Sometimes one forgets password but can't access the email, so one creates another account, then later remembers the other password. Sometimes an account is opened after a short ban. No one wants to wait a ban.

With what I have have seen so far, you have the ability to outsmart the doctors. Shey you were given blood tests and nothing was found wrong with you and they were only left with the thing that you used your mouth to tell them is happening to you. Until you do a brain scan they will keep giving you prescriptions based on whatever you tell them you are experiencing

My greatest problem is communicating my symptoms to the next person. Nobody seems to understand how the symptoms work or the magnitude of the symptoms. Even my doctors. With going to neurologists I am stuck! Unless I may be lucky to get the drugs that will clear these symptoms.

The arrangement on my card is of secondary importance.
This is not WAEC OR JAMB.
What matters is ones card number. Before payment is made at the paypoint, the number is put into the system to see if I have record there.
