Send at least 5 mails everyday to this Offices, do not copy any office when sending the mail, send individually to each Office... Let them know that your application is far delayed and your resumption time is getting close(For May 2022 applicants) and you need final decision from them so you can prepare yourself adequately for your resumption date.

PA has strong home ties with 4 siblings in Nigeria and work experience is relevant for the aspiring course.

Get an appointment for another Medicals ad update IRCC when the results comes out, even if your medicals has been passed you will need to give them your updated Medical result, cos its possible they will ask you of your Medicals at the POE, do not risk it..

Yes, you will still need to schedule an appointment with the clinic, but they give priority to applicants that get Medical request from IRCC cos tere is a timeline from IRCC for the medical to be done..

Its lower to his 1st degree.. HND is an Higher diploma, right?

But at the same time if he can truly convince the Visa officer on the reason he is going for a lower degree, then he can get his visa..

But if you know you don't have concrete and genuine reason why you going for a lower degree, I will advise you go for a higher degree which is a post graduate degree in your case.

There is nothing highly in police certificate though, many applicants have gotten their PPR without a police character certificate..

I will just recommend 1st time applicants get it for their application even though they can still get their visa without it, but its not necessary for returning applicants who have submitted it in their previous application(s)..

The instructions on how to pay your fees should be stated on your LOA.. A link should be put there to re-direct you to the payment page..

1.Most applicants make use of the form- A (tradesystem.gov.ng)
2. Some applicants use Flywire
3. You can use a dollar card to pay if you have a Dorm Account, you will need to get the Bank details of the school though.
4. And if you have a trusted person in Canada that can help you pay, then no problem.. You will just have to send the person the naira equivalent of your tuition fees..

There are still other options that havnt mentioned here, peeps that have paid their fees of recent can help with more information..

I doubt the bolded though, most Canadian institution's application fee is non- refundable.

Its actually slim getting your Visa when you going together with your wife, but not impossible..

But if you insist you wanna go together with your wife, you must have strong home ties that will force your return back to your home country, Cos the Visa officer will obviously know that you both wont return.. Remember its a temporary permit you are applying for and not an Express entry application, so you must really have convincing reasons for the Visa officer to show that you both will return back to your home country...

If you know you wont be able to convince the Visa officer of your return(yourself and your wife) to your home country, then I will advise you apply alone and use your wife as your home tie..

The bolded is not totally correct..

I have personally seen a 12 page SOP getting an approval..

Also many of my applicants that have gotten PPR have more than 5 pages of SOP.. Everybody have their own issues, situations, conditions to explain to the Visa officer as regards their genuine intention to go study in Canada..

The applicants with many pages should just make sure their write up addresses every bit of their situation and how genuine they are in their proposed study in Canada..

Remember what works for A, may not work for B, and what did not work for C may work for D..

Every application is unique and different..

I have seen an SOP of half page and this man got approved. Point is, try to give sellable points to be able to convince the VO.

5pages is too much because a VO will not have such time to read the entire pages since he is attending to more than 20apps per day.

1. There are no approved number of pages for SOP, personally I have seen applicant get their PPR with just a page of SOP and 12 pages of SOP.. The goal is for you to be able to convince the Visa Officer of your genuine intention to study In Canada based on your prior situation..

2. Any one below the age of 18 will get the consent of parent or guardian..

Your previous refused application has to do with you and not your sponsor though, but that doesnt mean you should relent on your sponsor's part in your re-application.. I will advise you get your GCMS notes to really know the concern of the Visa Officer as regards your refused application...

Obviously, you will need to tender documents to show that your wife earns enough to take care of herself and the kids while you will be away in Canada.. But make sure you also let the Visa officer know that this is actually an alternative to the amount you would be sending every month or the amount you will set aside for at least a year for their living expenses here in Canada

Do not let your application give the Visa officer the impression that your wife will solely depend on her income all through your stay in Canada, its not a good move..

Not all MPs are nice enough to attend to Peeps outside of their constituency, and this MP is one of them..

Its obvious he only gives attention to residents of Ontario, reason he is asking you of all these Canadian details..

Message more Mps in Ontario, the province of Ontario has more MPs than any other province in Canada. So you have many more MPs to send a message to, there are some that attend to peeps that are not even in Canada yet, but are prospective resident of their province..

So keep pushing until you come in contact with a favorable MP..

This is straight forward..

If the reason for your refund is based on a refused study permit visa, you will get a refund but with 125CAD administrative fee deducted..

If your reason for a refund is not related to refused study permit visa, then 2500CAD will be deducted (I wanna assume this is when you pay a semester or full school fees).. Reasons like withdrawing from the school to go study in another school and any other reason outside of a refused Visa.
