This school doesn't offer Post Graduate Work Permit eligible programs, so if you have the intention of remaining in Canada, then do not apply to the school..

But if you wanna come back to Nigeria after your study, then go ahead and apply to the school..

Before you go ahead with your GIC intention, know that GIC is never a catalyst for approval..

Most of the approvals we have seen here this year alone, I cant remember seeing anyone who did GIC..

Bro, I do not need to see your SOP to know you still have a lot of work on your write up.. And please check your spellings in your SOP, as funny as it may sound, Visa officers are always on the lookout for wrong spellings and vague Vocabs..

Firstly, I give thanks to God who is the author and the finisher of my faith. He made my PPR happen… Also, Special thanks goes to Anon123, Frank, Makano, Justmellow(Gcmswriter), LekiBoBoe, Ketima, Temezzo, Scottish. and to everyone who has answered my questions and reply my emails una too much.

I’m 30 y/o, First time Applicant, Self Sponsored, 14yrs study Gap (I dropped out of school in yr 2010 because I loss my financial backbone which is my Mom but since then God has been there for me). I only apply with my 2008 NECO results, No IELTS, My proposed program is 2yrs Undergraduate(Associate Degree). I do everything myself with the help of my gurus here.

I started this journey early 2021, i don’t even have an idea on where to start. Anytime I burst to this platform read people testimonies, documents submitted and all I will just give up and stop readings because of my study gap. I don’t even that someone don’t need IELTS or Toefl to get admission, but mumu me went and register for Toefl class, I did Toefl like 3times still I didn’t meet up the 20scores in each section….. So I give up again, I just made up my mind to jejely they crush for 9ja and keep doing my business…..One day I came to this thread again to continue reading and I now realize you don’t really need IELTS or Toefl for both admission & Visa.. So I dedicate 1weeks readings this thread, I started researching for schools that offer the course of what I’ve been doing for over 10yrs (Career progression) So July, 2021 I submitted my application to Durham college, this next day, Durham rejected my application coz of study Gap, Mumu me didn’t read where it was stated that Durham college don’t accept nothing less than 5year study gap. I don’t give up I kept researching for colleges that offer my course. I applied to three schools again and I got offer letter from all of them. I submitted like two school application form through Applyboard.com while I apply for other one directly to the school.

Special thanks to @Aijay for that..This what I do, My proof of fund is exactly 2MB while my supporting documents is more than 4MB. so I divided my supporting document into 2place 2MB/2MB. I upload the merge one in the additional document section and continuation in the consent form section.
To all still waiting for PPR, God will surprise y’all with PPR. To people been delay, refire approval is certain IJN.

No specific timeline when it comes to getting PPR, every application is treated uniquely and differently by several Visa Officers..

Yes, one can be rejected after a Medical request, but this is on a rare occasion cos 90% of applicants with Medical request end up getting their application approved..

But why the rejection thought though?

I am sure all your questions have been answered with the exception of number 3 where a moniker told you SOP isn't needed for Canada Visa application..

Please ignore that answer, and make sure you draft a well and convincing SOP.. SOP is a major document for a Canada study permit application..

I have officially gotten to the stage of Visa application, resumption is in September 2022 by God’s grace. I need help
1. My school required that I apply for admission through an agent and the agent claimed that when I paid for their services I also paid for visa application services—— I have seen people with bad testimonies after using an agent… I will like to know what you guys think about this.

2. I don’t know how to write LOE, I need help with this , who can I reach out to?

3. I don’t know how to write SOP tailored for Visa application

My sponsor(my older brother who lives in the US) has about 9 million Naira in his Nigerian account, but 7 million has been in the account since 27th of Dec, will that be enough as POF, if I apply in March or April . Note: he is also planning to send me some money as gift of deeds to my personal account of about 4M so that I can also attach that as POF—— is this a good idea.

5. I also have a history of being refused US visa two times 2018 and 2019.

Hi, congrats on your admission.

1. You could still go with the agent, since you paid already. But please vet the details before submission. I am assuming that since the agent works with the school, he/she should have some knowledge.

2. I help with LOE writing and review. You can reach me on scholarmonde@gmail.com.

3. You don't need SOP for visa application. It's only LOE.

4. I can't say whether that is enough or not. Your POF should cover your tuition and a year living expense. If your program is more than a year, you will have to give the visa officer an idea of how the subsequent years will be funded. Gift deed is fine.

5. The history of refusal shouldn't be a problem. Just mention them in your application. It's very important you do.

6. School accommodations are often expensive. If you can afford it, fine. But you can get an accommodation close to the school at a cheaper rate.

7. The prayer warriors can comment on this, lol. May God guide you and make your application successful.

If he has not received the Procedural fairness letter yet, then the PFL is on the next flight to his email..

IRCC has found something fishy about his application, lets hope he didn't submit fraudulent documents..

Debt to crown is still good oo, but if its the case of fake documents, then I am afraid..

I can also see he has been refused, if so, scroll down to the pre-assessed notes of the Visa officer to see in details the concerns of the Visa Officer on his application..

In as much as many applicants do the bolded, I will advise you submit your documents at once through your portal to avoid delays in your application, reason is cos for every document summited(especially the ones IRCC didn't request for) to IRCC after submission, there is a thorough review of the newly submitted documents and this leads to further delay in visa application..

So if the new portal with the 2mb upload limitation wont accommodate all your documents, you can go for the regular GCkey Portal of 4mb Upload limitation, its still very much active.. But if you insist on doing the bolded, you are free, mine is to advise, you have the final decision as the applicant on your application

Matthew080 your application is barely a month and you are already getting fed up, and this is just admission, how will you now handle yourself when you apply for the Visa application proper..

Before the 3rd week of March, you should get a response from Conestoga, their response has never passed 8 weeks..

If you read to understand your LOA, you will see different deadlines to the payment of specific fees, once the fees are not paid before such deadlines, then your admission will be forfeited, and you know what that means..

But majorly LOA is invalid to IRCC if its past your resumption date.. For instance you are to resume May 7th and you applied for your Visa application Feb 6 and you haven't gotten a response from IRCC even after May 7th, the LOA you submitted with your application is no more valid, so IRCC will ask for an updated LOA of a later date before they can continue with your application..

So once your submitted LOA isn't valid again, wisdom demands you submit the updated LOA to IRCC via Webform/ emails to avoid further delays on your application..

Yes you can submit and pay for your application anytime, anyday including weekends..

Make sure you have successfully submitted your application and also hope you are not using a naira card for your payment..

Once all these are in place, you will have to keep trying prolly later, it may be from the IRCC web application..

Good idea, but remember the Visa officers are not dumb..

Your idea will work fine if you do not rush about it, you will have to give some time(months ) let your marriage mature for some months if not a year before you re-apply.. Apply for an intake for next year, in your waiting period make sure you are well prepared and re-strategise..

The summary of all my grammar is that you do not need to rush to re-apply with this your idea, the best approach is to give some time before re-applying..

The bolded is not totally correct..

There are stages in checking the review of the eligibility of an applicant, so its not reasonable for a Visa Officer to start the Eligibility all over cos of the submission of an LOA.. The stage of LOA can be reviewed cos of the updated document but not the entirety of the Eligibility process..
