Hello teejhaay As a fresh graduate who is currently serving his fatherland, the Visa Officer is not expecting you have an establishment in financial and personal assets in your home country.. So submitting your personal proof of funds may not be really mandatory as we have seen many applicants here getting their Visa without submitting their SOA or submitting an SOA with limited funds, but take note, you must submit your Sponsors SOA and also your sponsor must show full or total commitment to your studies all through your stay in Canada.. So your sponsor must submit all necessary documents to back up his claims.. And yes, you must also convince the Visa Officer as the applicant that you are one of the Directors in your Father's Engineering company and you will be coming back to the country to use the experience you would have gained in Canada to help take your Father's company to greater heights in the Engineering sector. But to fulfil all righteousness, you can submit your SOA even if you do not have enough funds there and make sure you really do your homework as regards your sponsor and also your Home tie, as a fresh graduate, you can use your parents, family members and work(PPA) as home ties... Hope this helps.. Peace teejhaay: |
Hello Nurse Both are the only two IRCC recommended clinics for Medicals.. So you can go with any of the clinics you are comfortable with... If you are in Abuja, you can go to IOM cos I do not think Qlife is in Abuja, but if you are in Lagos, then you can book for an appointment in any of the 2 clinics... Peace Nurse9090: |
Hello Febs If you have someone in Canada, he/she can apply for you. You can as well use a third-party site.. Peace Febs: |
Woooowww... Congrats Ronsfav To God be all the Glory.... And I am glad to be part of your testimony.... The land of Canada shall favour your Family In Jesus name... Amen It has finally ended in praise... Peace Ronsfav: |
For all of you experiencing delays in your GCMS notes, kindly follow what Hon. Scott has put down here as this is a new development as regards delayed GCMS notes.. Peace Scott99tish: |
Hello Bankky Is your agent from this forum? Cos I doubt if agents outside this forum can give a truthful and factual advise as this.. All what your agent said is the truth, any sponsor outside your Parents, Wife, Hubby, siblings are considered 3rd PARTY sponsors, which is your case.. For a Visa officer to be convinced with a 3rd Party sponsor application, the said sponsor must show total commitment to you the applicants as regards your studies in Canada.. He/she must pay your full school fees and also send your welfare allowance for the duration of your study to your Bank account.... All thi must be stated in his Letter of sponsorship and also make sure you work on convincing the Visa Officer of your close relationship with the said sponsor... Peace Bankkydarry: |
Hello Febs Sorry for the refusal, its not actually over until you win.. But my honest advise, you do not have to re-apply immediately.. Calm yourself, get your GCMS notes, see the concerns of the Visa Officer in the GCMS notes, strategize on how you can tackle the concerns of the VO, take actions and provide documents to back your claims... Convince the Visa Officer that indeed you have seen where you went wrong (quoting the concerns of the Visa officer in your GCMS notes) in your last refused application, and show proofs that indeed you have been able to address the concerns of the Visa Officer (Back this up with the appropriate documents) , and see how you will get your Visa in your re-application.. So do not rush to re-apply, so you wont keep rushing to re-apply until you get frustrated.. It takes Patience, a calculative and strategical approach when it comes to dealing with IRCC.. Peace Febs: |
There is a general delay from ATIP as regards the delivery od GCMS notes.. So no matter the agency you use, the delay applies to everyone.. That is why anytime you apply for GCMS notes, you get this message "We are experiencing delays from ATIP " When it comes to anything IRCC , delay is xpected.. So you all will need a lot of patience... Peace Ekulu77: |

Hello Prumice Your application is far over the processing time, so you have every right to start sending them mails, especially if your resumption date is getting closer.. Send mails to Nairobi, Accra, London and Lagos... Make it an habit to at least send them 5 mails everyday... Peace Prumice: |
Hello Cloudweb You know it's a custom in this house for approved applicants to share the Timeline of their approved applications to the house and you haven't done so and you coming back with questions... I know your question has been attended to, so do well to drop your timeline before coming back for another question... Congrats once again.. Peace Cloudweb: |
Google is there, you can also watch the practicality on Youtube.. Technology has made everything accessible and simple... Peace tracy0803409: |
And you were complaining some hours ago about their website.. And I told you to be patient for some hours.. If only you knew they were cooking your PPR as they were doing the maintenance.. Congrats, it has ended in praise.. Peace Cloudweb: |
Funny Guy... You indeed cracked our ribs.. Peace Onaya: |
Mr Onaya what has Grazat2021 done to warrant all this bruhaha? I wonder how your SOP and LOE will look like with all these recalcitrance inordinates , anyways the Visa Officer shouldn't have problem as regards that... ![]() Peace Onaya: |
You will need to be patient and find other things to focus on in the next hours.. They are probably doing their regular maintenance on their website.. Nothing to worry about.. Peace Cloudweb: |
Hello Malcomsaint Yes, you can apply as a self sponsored if you know you are financially capable of the Financial requirements of IRCC as regards your study in Canada. And as regards your Uncle not sponsoring you again, I will call it a blessing in disguise cos IRCC do not buy into 3rd party sponsors, in fact, you applying now as a Self sponsor is better than applying with a 3rd party sponsor.. You can use your savings and your Deed gift from your mum which I consider a good move, and since you said you have paid a year tuition, then you should have no problem re-applying to get your Visa.. But you will need to work on your SOP to strongly convince the Visa officer of these points with proofs to back your claims up. For your home ties, are you married (with Kids), do you have properties, investments. Are you the first child of your parents? You can also used your parents as home ties. Lastly, I will advise you order for your GCMS notes, so you will know the exact concerns of the Visa officer and that will guide you on how you can re-apply to get your Visa.. Peace Malcomsaint: |
Hello Fola, SOP is a document to show your purpose of visit in Canada, through this document, you will let the Visa Officer know your reason for the Visit and also some important information like your budget, the duration of your Visit, what's your visit for, is it for conference, tourism, e.t.c. its possible you get your Visa without an SOP, but SOP is necessary, Peeps that have gotten a Visit Visa in the past can share more info. on this.. Peace Foladimejiw: |

Hello feisty First time applicant or returning Applicant, an SOP is very important when applying for a study permit Visa.. So as a returning applicant, you will need to submit both SOP(To state your purpose of Visit) and LOE(To address the concerns of the Visa Officer, and other necessary explanation you will need the Visa Officer to be aware of)... Peace feistymikey: |
Hello Kidsister Go ahead and upload it via Webform and also Email.. Peace Kidsister13: |
They are posting it in their Whatsapp groups obviously.. Cos I don't wanna believe IRCC hasn't issued PPR In a week.. Peace Teemenzo: |
Hello feistymikey First, is your sponsor a 3rd party sponsor or not? He/she will need to state the bolded in his/her Letter of sponsorship in a convincing way that the Visa officer will be rest assured that he/she will be committed to your studies in Canada.. You will also need to state it in your Statement of Purpose(SOP) and Letter of Explanation(LOE), make sure that part in your SOP and LOE is very clear and visible to the Visa Officer.. And if your sponsor is a 3rd party sponsor, please make sure you show your relationship with the said sponsor in your application, this is very important because of recent I have seen a GCMS note that showed the applicant was refused because the relationship of the Applicant and the 3rd party sponsor was not stated.. Peace feistymikey: |
You know right.. I personally know of someone I helped get his Visa after the 9th attempt, he has been in Canada close to 2 yeas now.. The last time I spoke with him, he said he cant really remember those refusal times, that the wonderful life of Canada has erased those memories.. So to get Visa is war, but once you enter Canada, with time you wont remember you waited for a year to get your Visa.. Peace Davidganna10: |
Hello Wasky To enter Canada is difficult quiet alright, but once you enter Canada, then the rest is history.. In fact within your few months in Canada, you won't remember you waited so long to actually get the Visa. Peace Waskylala: |
I didn't get that, come again.. You used an undergraduate LOA to apply for your Visa and now you have a Masters's degree LOA? If I may ask, can you elaborate more on this? Maybe I didn't really understand you cos if its what I am thinking, you are about to shoot yourself in the Leg... Waiting for your elaboration.. Peace AOROGBEM: |
I do not think you need to worry yourself about that. Once you apply for a Canadian Visa be it study or Express entry, you must do Medicals in any of the IRCC recommended Clinics which are IOM and Qlife.. These clinics are in Lagos and IOM is also in Abuja.. The result of your Medicals is sent to IRCC by these Clinics and you as an applicant can also submit the E-medical slip given you in the clinic to IRCC via Webform and Emails.. Below are what they will test you for during your Medicals, General physical checks for eyes, nose, heart, lungs, and others, chest X-rays, blood tests for HIV and Syphilis, urine tests Peace Hazardd: |
Hello Hazard If you will be spending more than 6 months in Canada, then you need to do Medicals... If you are spending less than 6 months, then you don't need to do Medicals.. For the purpose of a Study permit application to Canada, it is very very Compulsory... Peace Hazardd: |
Hello AOROGBEM Were these documents requested for by IRCC? Or did you see it in your GCMS notes that the Visa Office is having issues with any of these documents? Or have you been approved and you wanna send your LOA so that your Visa will have a favourable duration as regards your new LOA? If your answer is NO to any of these questions, I won't advise you to send them any document they have not requested for, cos sending them these documents doesn't mean you will be approved... But them requesting for these documents shows your application is on the route of approval... Peace AOROGBEM: |
Hello House, As regards this earlier post of mine concerning the operation of the Visa Officer AH03849, below are the reports so far. I have received 10 GCMS notes of approved applications, and all 10 were handled by different Visa Officers, 5 of the applications were handled by Visa Officer EAIMEL.. None was handled by AH03849.. I have received 12 GCMS notes of refused application, and 10 were handled by AH03849 and 2 updated by him/her.. It's actually still early to conclude, so please if you know you were approved, please share your GCMS notes with us so we can be on the same page. Once again I don't wanna believe this particular Visa Officer AH03849 is all about refusals, so more inputs from approved applicants will share more light on this issue. Peace makano: |
Another refusal from AH03849. Okay, now this is getting out of hand.. Aissy: |
