He made the call bon radio Biafra, claiming that a lot of Igbo women has been abducted by Nigeria army and then sent to the north to be raped by fulani soldiers.

Recently the Nigeria army said they lost 4 of their personnel to ESN.
After the clash with ESN in orlu, about 2 Hilux van were used to transport the fallen soldiers in body bags.
Abay kyari was humbled and overwhelmed by the ESN to the extent that he has called off the search of ESN,after they relocated to a new base in the same orlu.

Here in orlu,after the shoot out between the army and ESN in nkwerre bush,the next day about 2 Hilux van were used in transporting the fallen ones in a body bags.
My aunty staying in owerri,told me that the army barrack in obinze normally closes by 5pm because of fear of attack.

JOHANNESBURG (GA) — Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, a British Nigerian Biafra political activist, is currently Africa’s most admired man.

The name ‘Nnamdi Kanu’ became an oft-mentioned name in every household in Nigeria in 2014 during which he stepped up the campaign for the Republic of Biafra, a defunct state reinstated in Nigeria after the civil war.

Mr. Kanu, whose full name is Nnamdi Okwu Kanu, quickly became a public figure around the world after being arrested by the Nigerian government for alleged treason on October 14, 2015 and detained for over a year, despite various court orders which ordered his release. He was later released on bail after much pressure and a series of protests where government forces killed dozens of his supporters- members of the Indigenous People Of Biafra (IPOB)

“Ohamadike,” as he is popularly called in the eastern region of Nigeria, became much more influential / powerful than the federal and state governments in the region after he was released on bail on April 28, 2017.

Hated By Few But Respected By All

Although few disagree with him that the only solution to the problems in Nigeria is to disintegrate the country, many people (including those who dislike his ideology) respect him for his courage in speaking against the bad actions of the Nigerian government.

For many easterners, he is “another savior” because he speaks out and fights for their liberation from Nigeria which they often call “a zoo”.

His Stand On Biafra

Kanu, who went into exile in 2017 after government forces attacked his home in Umuahia, Abia state, believes that only the restoration of the sovereign state of Biafra will heal wounds of the genocide that had more than 3.5 million Igbo-Biafrans massacred.

“We will restore Biafra no matter the cost,” he often says.

Suspected Fulani herdsmen have abducted and killed a resident and farmer of Igbo-Ori in the Yewa community of Ogun State, Ajoke Ishola, raising fresh worries in the area.

SaharaReporters learnt that Ishola’s body was discovered by angry residents on Tuesday as the assailants dumped her corpse behind former President Olusegun Obasanjo’s farm in the area – along Oke-Ori community.

It was gathered that Ishola was initially abducted around 11 am on Monday, before she was found dead the following day.

A source told SaharaReporters that the governor’s assurance to the troubled communities had not translated into improved security as security operatives are feared to also be supporting the rampaging herdsmen and therefore turning a blind eye to their activities.

“The mama (Ajoke) was abducted on Monday by suspected Fulani herdsmen. She was on a motorcycle going to her farm. They attacked the motorcycle, shot dead the okada rider (commercial motorcyclist) and took her away. They had promised to strike our community and people already knew their plans. We found the lifeless body of mama inside the bush around 7pm on Tuesday.

“She was dumped behind Obasanjo farm along Oke-Irori village. The Oodua Peoples’ Congress members were involved in the search and helped to discover the body. The Fulani herdsmen secretly dumped her body and fled,” the source said.

“One Fulani man simply called Orebe is strongly suspected. We have informed the police, but they said they would come to the community later to remove the corpse. That is all the police can do,” another resident noted.

Yewa communities had been troubled in recent weeks by Fulani herdsmen and reprisals also by residents leading to ethnic clashes in the area.

Governor Dapo Abiodun only on Tuesday met with some northern governors including; Kebbi State Governor, Abubakar Atiku Bagudu; Kano State Governor, Abdullahi Ganduje; Zamfara State Governor, Bello Matawalle and Niger State Governor, Abubakar Sanni.

They were also in Ibadan, Oyo State, on Monday and Tuesday to visit the area where violence raged between Yoruba and Hausa communities in the state, leading to destruction of lives and property.

In Oyo, Governor Bagudu, who lamented the sad incident between the two groups, however, promised that the northern governors would give necessary support to restore normalcy and redeem the lost property.

Many residents of Biu Local Government Area of Borno State have yet to be accounted for after Boko Haram terrorists attacked four communities in the area last weekend, a military source told SaharaReporters.

Biu is the local government area of the immediate Chief of Army Staff, Yusuf Buratai. It is also where the Nigerian Army University is located.

SaharaReporters gathered that the attacks on the villages were not repelled.

The source said the gunmen carted away foodstuffs and livestock, adding that over 200 houses were burnt down by the insurgents.

“They burnt down over 200 houses, schools and some shops in the villages,” said the source.

“They also took away so many people whom they caught while trying to escape.”

Boko Haram and its offshoot, Islamic State West Africa Province, have killed thousands and displaced millions in North-Eastern Nigeria.
The terror group wants an Islamic caliphate in the region.
