Your anger should be to those that are in those professions that should be doing what you said above...to direct anger at a chef cooking the biggest pot of jollof rice is misguided and intellectually lazy. I wonder what you do in your professional life, but it will be good for you too to know something noteworthy in that.
The academicians for example may be a good place to direct your anger, it is all classroom theory with little impact on the general population.
