I've spoken to her already like 1 billion times I'm not even joking but still.

Take all the clothes you bought for her, gadgets(except phone) and tell her to go and find work, pay a bill or something. Let her get money for data herself, get her own food since she is an adult. But do this in a calm manner. Also listen to what she has to say like an adult. let her earn her pocket money or money for WAEC or JAMB. She has too much time on her hands, thats why she's rebellious.

I've personally seized her phone. Thing is we can't do this because she's the one who takes care of our grandmother when we're away.
