NoMoreTrolling:It's not really about enforcement but more of new situations demanding new laws. There's this argument that the rights of the animals are being violated. In the same UK, a man took the owner of cockerel to a court that he is being disturbed by the cry of the animal at night; that it should be taken elsewhere, preferably to a rural settlement where it belongs. Animal rights activists from that and surrounding communities had to rally round and protest that the animal had the right to cry and any relocation will amount to the right of the cockerel being violated. A new development is the marriage to animals by some women in Western countries. I think the 'husband' may be argued to have the right to jostle with humans not only on highways, but on parking lots, shopping malls, playgrounds and other public spaces. Or would you in this case have any right to request the dog ('the husband') to be taken out from a public space because you are there? |
NoMoreTrolling:Animals don't like places of high human activities. They move farther away from such places. We'll be close to your answer if you and I can separate between wild animals and domestic animals. Domestic animals have been domesticated, and therefore are less harmful and can live with or near humans. A wild dog, for example, is not domesticated and you don't need a second thought but to try and kill it or it kills somebody. |
kendrick9:Are you sure you know what you talking about? |
steph2sweet:We won't leave him alone because he spoiled our country. |

CHESSBOARD:Ask GEJ who Rochas, Amaechi, Ngige, etc. are? |
ECOTERRORS:And the other one is still looking dullest. |
And now somebody will come and tell me these patriotic elements will be sidelined by this government. |
Failure is his second name. |
A builder of men and a supporter of good governance will always triumph. Tinubu by his foresight and by the grace of God has the North and the SW in his pocket. He also has his allies in the East who'd bring in the needed percentages. |
Mentcee:They also say it means "Delta Dullest." |
Now that this one is done with, the complainants should move on to another thing. |
President Muhammadu Buhari on Sunday evening finally moved into his official residence in the Presidential Villa, Abuja. Buhari and the Vice President, Yemi Osinbajo have lived outside the Villa and used the Defence House, Abuja as their offices since their inauguration three weeks ago in order to allow renovation works to be carried out at the facility. The President’s wife, Aisha Buhari had moved into the official residence since last Thursday. Buhari, who returned to Abuja from Katsina State on Saturday, began the movement of his properties to the seat of power on Sunday evening. | http://thenationonlineng.net/new/buhari-moves-into-presidential-villa/ |
OREMUSSANCTUS:Why not always you? Who would you prefer to you? Why always break their rules? Why not always ask whether you're bullying, abusive, hateful or extreme? |
Nairalandinfo:Did you say that the Muslim North hates Dogara? |
N5000 is for you to manage before you or the government work out a better plan. It's a temporary measure. |
If you look at the picture well, that place is a basin. In geography they call such areas liable to flooding. It will always flood if the flooded area isn't raised to the level of the surrounding buildings. Another risk is that they may find themselves taken away several kilometers by the flood water. It's good if we don't leave all the thinking for the government to do alone. |
You are 16% right, using PDP's unresearched postulations of "We will rule for 100 years." |
My man you have spoken well. But take out the Tinubu part. |
Even Ben Johnson can't run faster than this woman. She dey run from Boko Haram, she run pass Cotonou, Togo, Ghana, Liberia, Senegal, Ivory Coast, etc. Our own Atlantic Ocean dey but she go dey enter water near Europe say na Boko dey pursue her. Sandra, why you dey lie nau? |
As somebody said the change is in your pot of soup. And even the great Gandhiji seems to go with that admonition: | "If you change yourself you will change your world. If you change how you think then you will change how you feel and what actions you take. And so the world around you will change. Not only because you are now viewing your environment through new lenses of thoughts and emotions but also because the change within can allow you to take action in ways you wouldn’t have – or maybe even have thought about – while stuck in your old thought patterns." – Mahatma Gandhi |
UniqueGem:I can sense a supporter of the Otueke dullest from afar. Somebody say "Amen." |
kromoto:Do I have to know you? |
kromoto:You people were happy and saying his wings were clipped by the election of Saraki, only to now turn and accuse the North of what you orchestrated. |
