SnowJay92:
Can you forget about the messenger and attack the message, did president Buhari exhibit that extreme act of unpatriotism and nepotism?
He did not!! Don't jump into conclusions on issues that you don't know the details, and that are colored to appeal to the gullible. But still, the messenger is as important to me as the message. The messenger will always convey his message; which is to say, if the messenger is a liar, what would come forth from him will be tainted with lies.

I am more concerned about the content of that particular quote concerning the conduct of Buhari in deliberately voting against his own country Nigeria in the OAU because the Nigerian candidate was Igbo. He rather voted in favour of fulani from Niger...that is the hallmark of an ethnic and religious bigot who wil kill and destroy for allah or deny others their rightful gains because they are not islamic bigots like him. It is not about the messenger, discredit him all you will but fact remains that he gave a factual accounting of that incident that indicated the devilish mindset of the one we call president.
I've done enough to tell you how Aribisala, FFK, and Omokri are suspects when it comes to issues bordering on Buhari. The messenger as the message is well important to me. But since you seem to believe, 'beyond reasonable doubt', then; "Tell us how the vote was taken?"
PoliticsRe: Why Do Most Igbos Passionately Dislike Buhari? by MalcoImX:
freeze001:
There was or is no conjecture in that piece, it was a factual event that took place and no matter how you paint it, GMB voted against his country simply because of tribal and religious bigotry which he embodies.
Few people take Aribisala seriously. I wouldn't want to be with them. He has never been a reference point except to the gullible. He's so biased and attached to PDP and GEJ that it was "Jega (who) Defeated Jonathan For Buhari."
http://www.herald.ng/how-jega-defeated-jonathan-for-buhari-by-femi-aribisala-2/ and and Buhari's government, which was then just about 6 months was "The Worst Government In the History of Nigeria"

Femi Aribisala: Time to recover from trauma, By Olalekan Waheed Adigun

"Notice I used called him a political “commentator”, not an “analyst”, as he wants many of his readers to believe he is. In order to be seen as a being scientific in his write-ups, he sometimes taught us “How to Lose Presidential Elections Four Times” not minding the fact that he will later tell us: “Why Buhari Will Never be President of Nigeria.” As funny as the premises on which some of his arguments were based, he had those who based their “analyses” on many of his unscientific conclusions."

That piece appeared in a campaign article by by the PDP and Aribisala campaigning for GEJ. The title of that piece is:
Jonathan is a superior presidential material to Buhari, which is a fallacy, aimed at people like you.
http://www.vanguardngr.com/2015/02/jonathan-superior-presidential-material-buhari/

It is vintage Aribisala, FFK or Omokri when the topic is Buhari - full of lies, half truths, character assassinations and conjectures.

Have you noticed that in the absence of Islam you will definitely find peace anywhere in the world. Islam is synonymous with war, war, trouble, trouble and destruction. The middle east is there for you to see, now they are seeking asylum in the Christian countries and they ate also going there with their bombs and destruction to make it like the war zone they fled.
Being gay, sleeping with women or committing adultery isn't the world problem right now and it will never be. But Islam is. So I bade you to shuuut up and allow him.

Tell the native Americans, Australians, New Zealanders etc. whether they've found peace with your 'saintly' Christians and tell me your findings. Not only were they nearly exterminated; and as if that was not enough, their lands have been taken away from them forever. The Christian KKK up till today regard you (a Blackman/woman) as subhuman. And they quote the Christian scriptures to buttress their points. Apartheid too was built on Christian ideologies. But the South Africans were lucky to have gotten back their lands after being treated as not humans for hundreds of years.

Definitely. Remember images of Nigeria's territories being taken, and our soldiers running, or the technical withdrawals to Cameroon. Mercenaries were being employed when NA were being undermined.

As we stand now take Hausa Fulani off yr list.
This statement can't be justified. Who are majority in the prisons in the north. Are they Yoruba or Igbo? It's the low class and the gullible that are exploited. The elites, in politics, the military, business and even the clergy have no such chasm and bickering amongst them. Abuse or slap a Hausa Fulani army officer, for example, in front of his Igbo or Yoruba colleagues and see if you'll live to tell your story.

Where is your own topic?
Good question, cos this says you've acknowledged FFK's life-goal.

My topic or message is to point out the bigotry in people like FFK, Omokri, Nnamdi, Trump, Nigel Farage, David Duke, etc.

As a pointer, do you think I'd ever agree with arguments like the types produced by Pretty Mikes of this world that dehumanizing women or any other person, for example, is the way to bring to awareness their problems. The FFKs as a case study are worse than people like GEJs. You can excuse the GEJs for lack of capacity, but the FFKs and the Omokris are the most dangerous serpents since they hide under a veneer of false morality and are situational ethicists. They know what they're doing; that's what makes them the most dangerous.

It's not for nothing that judicial proceedings dwell so much on a person's intent. The FFKs are not guiding posts. They ain't my type of men. I can never be taken unawares by pseudomoralists as, “There is no safety for honest men except by believing all possible evil of evil men.” -Edmund Burke. And as Samuel Johnson also warned: "That no man is more dangerous than he that with a will to corrupt, hath the power to please; and that neither wit nor honesty ought to think themselves safe with such a companion."

OLADD:
OP, life has taught me that power only comes from God and not from man. Buhari was destined to become president in 2015, not necessarily because of "packaging" from the likes of Tinubu, Fayemi, Ameachi, Obama and co., but simply because Heaven had chosen him to lead the country. So, if Buhari and his "packagers" think NPOWER and some muchroom tokenism can make him the president in 2019( if he chooses to contest), a great shocker awaits them. Idi Amin also did one or two "good" things in Uganda.
I agree with you wholeheartedly. Though the program, I believe, wasn't intended as a political tool, it will sure buy Buhari goodwill, whether he contests or not.

Oga why are your topics only about Islam and northern Nigeria. Go and repair your Christianity and give northern Nigeria some break. You said you're a Christian and you're always getting into bed with women you're not married to. You are a supporter of Trump, who has said he's okay with gay marriage and grabbing women anyhow. There are also the issues of Christian fundamentalism and gay bishops . Go and write about that. Is that Christianity too?

Buhari has always had difficult beginnings, most arising from being misunderstood. But he always had the last laugh because he's a planner and he executes the well thought-out plans. Above all, his greatest asset is he earns people's trust. And it's not surprising that those who trust him always stick with him.
