There used to be cattle paths running across states, and it has minimized the problem, but now tribalism, politics and religion have caused an issue with this policy. What happened during GEJ between the Fulani and the natives is far worse than now, but has never been sensationalized or linked to the president. But what you find now are people with ulterior motives trying to get at the president because he's a Fulani.
