The business should be financially buoyant to sponsor an employee, especially if the owner is a third party. For instance, it will be challenging to convince the VO that funds will be available if your employer’s annual revenue (based on cash inflow) is not more than the cost of your education by a wide margin. If you decide to proceed with this option, ensure you explain the incentive to sponsor you.
Consider using the owner (not the business) as the sponsor if the person truly wants to sponsor you.
