Hi.. I urgently need help, especially from a Gtbank staff.
I had a balance of N464,892.47
So, yesterday morning I sent the sum of N5000 to a sister and I got an Alert of a successful transfer of N5000. But I was shocked to see my balance remaining N41,161.72.
I don't live in Nigeria and I don't use internet or Mobile banking. As I lost access to my registered email years ago.
But I use 737 on my registered number for transactions.
Someone help, I've sent countless Messages to customer service and complaints support several times,no response.
Note: I also live alone, so no one has access to my mobile.
