This news is old and stale but Okorocha has invested a lot of money in upgrade of Imsuth which looked more or less like a poultry farm before his emergence as Governor in 2011. I therefore doubt the move will be made without a positive mindset.

On a side note Eastern Palms University is already finer and better planned than IMSU and might beat ABSU as the finest University in the Southeast when completed. Ownership doesn't matter because even if Okorocha owns it then better as it will be a free University of high quality like Rochas foundation Colleges.
