Apart from Ihioma, Owus and Enugu roads expanded since 2012 by Okorocha govt, the other roads in Orlu which Okorocha contractors scratched and abandoned still remain unattended to. People in Orlu have been wallowing in mud and dust due to a state governor who positions hate for some sections of his state first, before any other thing, as instrument of governance in his state. Hate is what has driven Okorocha into today's digging and closing, and digging in Owerri capital territory alone.
