Gunmen on Sunday attacked the ECWA church in Okedayo – Kabba and abducted three persons, Vanguard has gathered.

The gunmen were said to have also killed one of the church members before making away with their victims.

The attack is coming barely seven days after the prison attack in the Federal minimum correctional centre and the abduction of three poultry farmers on their farm; all in the same area.

The abductors were said to have attacked the church while the service was still ongoing.

The church is situated along the Expressway of Kabba – Okene road.

As you can imagine, most members of Sakara’s congregation were reluctant to let him go through with his foolish stunt, let alone aide him, but eventually, three men came forward to assist the pastor with the burial. One of them came forward, and two are currently wanted by police.

Bombastic stunts by dubious religious leaders are not unheard of in Africa. In years past, we wrote about pastors who claimed to have God’s phone number, or that could heal people by spraying bug spray in their face, and there was even one who staged elaborate resurrections that turned out to be fake. But unlike these frauds, James Sakara was a victim of his misguided faith, and that sadly cost him his life. He left behind a young pregnant wife and many confused parishioners.

James Sakara, the pastor of a Zambian Christian church, was found dead after asking to be buried alive in the ground so he could come back to life in three days’ time, like Jesus…

To say that 22-year-old James Sakara was overconfident in his ability to emulate the resurrection of Jesus Christ would be an understatement. Be that as it may, the pastor of the Zion Church in the Zambian town of Chidiza managed to convince his congregation that he could in fact come back to life after three days, just like the Son of God. He somehow got three members of his Church to assist him by digging a shallow grave, tying up his hands, and burying him alive, only instead of coming back to life after three days, Sakara was found dead by members of the Zion Church curious to see why their leader hadn’t fulfilled his promise.
Upon seeing their leader’s lifeless body, some members of the church attempted a series of “spiritual exercises” in order to resurrect him, but to no avail.

My bank OTP Still Sends to My old number Instead of the Updated new Number and I went to the bank (FIDELITY BANK ooooo) and complained that my Otp is still sending to my old number which is already blocked and definitely with a new user Instead of the new number I came here to update.

The fidelity bank staff collected every details and told me it is done and that I should try again in 48 hrs which I did but the problem continues. I went back again and they did another magic and said I should try but still the otp still goes to the old number,

I went back again and the staffs there said they have tried their best that they don't know what to do again, lol ( I was shocked- Imagine, are fidelity staffs this Incompetent?). This particular issue has been on for like a month but still fidelity bank staffs couldn't resolve an online banking issue. Quite suprising.

Please Good people of God how can I resolve this issue because it is totally frustrating?

u definitely used your old number for bvn. change the number on bvn itself for that to take effect. it's possible u receive alert and do everything on the new phone wen it's initially changed.
