U should asked where I drove him to FCSC or MFA? By the way I gain nothing if I lie and y would I lie abt such thing? It was in Abidjan street wuse zone 3, Abuja that the letter was issued and for those who knw Abuja well FCSC is located in zone 3

Since when does MFA start giving employment letter to level 8 officers?
It could have made sense if you said FCSC because they are the ones that employ level 7 and Above.
For your friend to be called to MFA, that means he is not B.Sc holder and he got a job as an Executive Officer or Clerical Assistant with SSCE, NCE and OND.
Next time you want to pass any information, make sure you pass a full one.

Yes u can get the sprouted seed @nifor for 30naira per seed. I sprouted them myself then because I wasn't working and couldn't afford to pay 30naira per seed then

On the 3rd day, wash the flesh off the palm fruits such that no fiber/flesh wit left on the fruits(if fibers ar left, the palm fruits wil rot away b4 germinating.
Afta washing wit clean water, get a washing bleach to wash finally so as to kill fugus and bacterias den leave to dry for 5mins
Next, get a see thru zipper plastic bag or see thru plastic that can contain ur palm fruits.
Seal properly and keep in a warm place for 90-100dys to germinate

Get ur ripe palm fruit from a palm tree(the variety matters). Soak it in clean water for 3days and remember to change the water daily(soaking it is to enable u remove the fiber/flesh easily)

Also, kindly describe how you achieved the high temperature in the room you stored the seeds before they could germinate.

This is what I gleaned from your write up:

"Germinate your own seed - Get the high yield seed from the Nigerian Institute for Oil Palm Research or any other places you can find it and make it germinate. If you do not take care of the seeds, it will take them several years to germinate. To make it germinate fast, the seeds are kept in a very hot room. This makes the seeds to germinate in about 90 to 100 days."

A friend yesterday was called and given appointment letter. The guy read French and just completed his nysc wit the last batch that passed out. I know some wouldn't bliv me. I personally drove him there, waited for him in the car. He started his documentation yesterday afta collecting his letter and this is a guy that never apply for the job. This is the new nigeria we all find ourselves.

I came across this in a store in Abuja in January and shared in this forum and was lost. I thought I should upload it again

I finished planting the palm tree seedlings and waiting til August, 2014 to apply fertilizer. Wil share pics when appling.

Also, by October, 2014 I intend to plant water melom in the farmland as this wil help in reducing evaporation and equally giving the soil. More nutrient.
