SportsRe: How Do I Watch Hell In A Cell Live by MANGAM(m): 2:52am On Oct 28, 2013
WWE.com
Welcome to Bleacher Report's live Hell in a Cell coverage. This year's show comes to us from the American Airlines Arena in Miami, FL.

There are several big matches set to take place, but one match we now know we won't see is Curtis Axel vs. Big E. Langston.

WWE.com announced that Axel has been injured, and the match we will now see is Kofi Kingston vs. Damien Sandow. This is a blow to Langston as he was just starting to receive a push, but WWE might still find a way to put him in the pay-per-view.

Shawn Michaels will referee the match between Randy Orton and Daniel Bryan for the WWE title, and John Cena will make his return to take on Alberto Del Rio for the World title.

The Rhodes brothers will defend their tag titles against The Shield and The Usos, CM Punk will face Ryback and Paul Heyman inside a cell and AJ will defend the Divas title against Brie Bella.

Los Matadores are also set to take on The Real Americans in tag team action.

Who will walk out of Hell in a Cell as the WWE champion?

Can John Cena win the World title in his return match?

Will Damien Sandow finally cash in his briefcase?

What role, if any, will Big Show and Triple H play at the PPV?

And lastly, can Cody Rhodes and Goldust retain their title against two other teams?

16 Signs That May Indicate HIV

Within a month or two of HIV entering the body, 40% to 90% of people experience flulike symptoms known as acute retroviral syndrome (ARS). Here are 16 signs that you may be HIV-positive:

Fever
One of the first signs of ARS can be a mild fever, up to about 102 degrees F and is often accompanied by other usually mild symptoms, such as fatigue, swollen lymph glands, and a sore throat.
Fatigue
The inflammatory response generated by your besieged immune system also can cause you to feel tired and lethargic. Fatigue can be both an early and later sign of HIV.
Achy muscles, joint pain, swollen lymph nodes
ARS is often mistaken for the flu, mononucleosis, or another viral infection, even syphilis or hepatitis.
Skin rash
Skin rashes can occur early or late in the course of HIV/AIDS.
Sore throat and headache
As with other symptoms, sore throat and headache can often be recognized as ARS only in context, HIV is most infectious in the earliest stage.
Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea
Anywhere from 30% to 60% of people have short-term nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea in the early stages of HIV, these symptoms can also appear as a result of antiretroviral therapy and later in the infection, usually as the result of an opportunistic infection.

Weight loss
Weight loss is a sign of more advanced illness and could be due in part to severe diarrhea.
A person is considered to have wasting syndrome if they lose 10% or more of their body weight and have had diarrhea or weakness and fever for more than 30 days.
Dry cough
A dry cough that goes on for weeks and doesn’t seem to resolve.
Pneumonia
A serious infection caused by a germ that wouldn’t bother you if your immune system was working properly.
Other opportunistic infections include toxoplasmosis, a parasitic infection that affects the brain; a type of herpes virus called cytomegalovirus; and yeast infections such as thrush.
Night sweats
These can be even more common later in infection and aren’t related to exercise or the temperature of the room.
Nail changes
Nails change such as clubbing (thickening and curving of the nails), splitting of the nails, or discoloration (black or brown lines going either vertically or horizontally) due to fungal infection.
Yeast infections
Thrush, a mouth infection caused by Candida, a type of yeast.
Confusion or difficulty concentrating
In addition to confusion and difficulty concentrating, AIDS-related dementia might also involve memory problems and behavioral issues such as anger or irritability.
Cold sores or genital herpes
Having herpes can also be a risk factor for contracting HIV. This is because genital herpes can cause ulcers that make it easier for HIV to enter the body during sex.
Tingling and weakness
This is called peripheral neuropathy, which also occurs in people with uncontrolled diabetes.
Menstrual irregularities
Advanced HIV disease appears to increase the risk of having menstrual
HealthDry Cracked Feet, And How To Fix Them by MANGAM(op):
Dry Cracked Feet, and How to Fix Them

Sandal season is starting, and so many of us have dry, cracked, itchy feet that we are often embarrassed by putting our feet on display. In any major store you will find dozens of products promising to heal your heels, but how do you know which ones work? Why do your feet do this?

Your feet do not produce natural oils, they rely on sweat glands to moisturize them and keep them soft. There are several things that can keep your body from doing this itself, this includes diabetes, thyroid trouble, any chronic illness that affects your skin, edema, and aging. It can also be caused by bacteria, vitamin deficiencies, overexposure to water, shoes that don’t fit properly, and lack of air circulation around the feet.

There are some easy at home remedies to try, and some good common sense rules of thumb to use. If your moisturizer or foot lotion lists its first ingredient as water, it’s not going to solve the problem. Water dries you back out. There are things probably in your fridge and kitchen cupboards right now that can put your feet on the path to smoothness.

1 cup of white vinegar to 2 gallons warm water, soak for 30-45 minutes once a week, rinse, dry, apply moisturizer and socks
1/2 cup baking soda to 1 gallon warm water, stir until dissolved, soak 30-45 minutes, rinse, dry, apply moisturizer and socks
1-2 gallons warm water, few drops tea tree oil, soak, rinse, dry, moisturize, apply socks – this works great if it’s from bacteria or fungus
1-2 gallons warm water, 2-3 Tablespoons lemon juice, soak, rinse, dry, etc.

Instead of lotion try some olive oil, coconut oil, vaseline, or any kitchen oil, you can add a drop or 2 of an essential oil to make it smell good if you like, make sure it is an essential oil and not a fragrance oil, most fragrance oils have an additive that makes them unsafe for skin application. One great mix is one Tablespoon olive oil and a few drops lemon juice, mix it up and rub it on. Always use clean cotton socks after, cotton will allow air to circulate while your feet soak up the moisture.

Enjoy your soft and smooth feet, and your comfortable summer shoes!

5 Signs you May Have Had a Past Life
By PositiveMed-Team
Edited By: Stephanie Dawson

• Frequent Deja Vu Experiences

Dr. Brian Weiss says that its possible to heal and grow your mind, body, and soul as well as strengthen your present day relationship through past life regression. According to him, déjà vu, the sensation that you have previously met a person or visited someplace, is one of the most common signs of past life. According to psychics and researchers there are some parts of your personality you cannot forget, tidbits of these are embedded in your spiritual psychic unconscious no matter how long ago these experiences happened.

• You got A’s in history without trying

Clues to past lives can be talents and abilities, likes and dislikes, and attractions and aversions. Certain people or cultures may draw you towards them even though you have never visited them. You may be surprised to find out that you are able to learn certain subjects or prepare for a profession much more easily than others. You might be able to learn a particular foreign language easily even though you have never heard that language before or know nothing about it, specific historical times and events such as ancient Egypt or the Civil War period may interest you. These may be signs of a past life.

• You have a soul mate

Travelling through different lives with the same group of souls is not uncommon. These groupings can be called soul mates, soul companions, or soul families. We seem to accumulate or resolve our karma and learn spiritual lessons with our soul groups. Souls remain the same even though relationships may change from life to life. Your father may incarnate as your brother, so the relationship has changed but the soul remains the same. Thinking in this manner we can say that we never lose our loved ones because we are always being reunited either on the other side or back here in physical bodies.

• Unexplainable phobias

From a scientific point of view certain factors cause fear and one of them is having had a distressing or traumatic encounter. You might have some phobias you cannot explain, even though you know that no traumatic incident has happened, you have an unreasonable phobia of water. One cannot be sure of the exact reasons but one possibility might be that you have had some unpleasant experience with water in a past life.

• Your dreams seem very real

It might be a past-life memory emerging if you have vivid, detailed dreams of yourself in different places and time. Past-life memories may not be actual memories but may carry a message with them which can be interpreted using the symbol and metaphors present in those dreams. These symbols are powerful and can help you recall past memories.

8 Foods That Make You Smarter

Eating well will not only give you the body you want, it is actually very important for your physical and mental health. The brain, just like any other organ, needs nutrients and minerals to keep the grey matter as healthy as possible. The following are some of the best foods you can provide your brain with.

Wholegrains
They release glucose slowly into the bloodstream, keeping you mentally alert throughout the day, which promote the ability to concentrate and focus that comes from the adequate, steady supply of energy in our blood to the brain

Oily fish
The most effective omega-3 fats occur naturally in oily fish as EPA and DHA, which are good for healthy brain function, the heart, joints and general wellbeing.

Blueberries
They improve or delay short term memory loss.

Tomatoes
They are packed with lycopene, a powerful antioxidant that protects against the kind of free radical damage to cells which occurs in the development of dementia.

Pumpkin seeds
They are packed with zinc, which are vital for enhancing memory and thinking skills.

Broccoli
They are a great source of vitamin K, which is known to enhance cognitive function and improve brainpower.

Sage
They have had a long reputation of improving the memory.

Nuts
They are packed with vitamin E, which helps to prevent cognitive decline, particularly in the elderly.
