lets be neutral, if they can come up with figures like money borrowed by fed govt 1999 -2014, by states under pdp and apc till date . Then we know far . Not blaming one party all the time as if apc was not part of the govt

They should explain all this borrowings in naira from 1999 - 2018 . Make we understand
