Sports / Re: Google App Doesn’t ‘think’ Nigeria Can Beat Argentina by maninani: 10:53am On Jun 26, 2018
The super eagle are winning today game. 2:1
Opinionated:
Before the tournament started, Nigeria vs Argentina was already a big game with the 2 teams serving a 5-goal thriller in Brazil in 2014.

Now that both teams need a win to have any chance of qualifying, the stakes are even higher.

We were looking for some information about the game and decided to search on the Google app. It brought out a few stats and facts like time, venue and current Group D standings.

It also gave what it calls “win probability”. It gives Nigeria a 14% chance of winning the match and gives Argentina, 64%. For a draw, it places the chance of it happening at 22%.

In simple terms, Google app thinks Argentina has an almost 4x greater chance of winning than Nigeria.

Nigerian fans will be hoping Google is wrong this time and reality differs from the prediction or forecast.

Go for Victory Super Eagles!

Celebrities / Re: Daddy Freeze Defends Linda Ikeji's Pregnancy With Biblical Backings by maninani: 2:57pm On May 26, 2018
Amagite:
From; Amagitesblog.com

Controversial OAP and leader of the Free Nation, Daddy Freeze has reacted after a Nigerian author wrote a long piece on how Linda Ikeji is leading young girls to hell by getting pregnant without marriage after preaching celibacy to them.

According to him, she isn't really wrong. Read his post below...

"Who is this forlorn schmuck?
-
The only people leading Nigerians to hell are the GOs you dingleberries, NO ONE ELSE!
-
@officiallindaikeji isn’t really wrong.
-
According to Torah law, marriage is a two-step process. The first stage is called "kiddushin," and the second step is known as "nisu'in." Kiddushin is commonly translated as betrothal, it’s like the modern day ‘knocking on the door’ but actually renders the bride and groom full-fledged husband and wife. Betrothal is either through a contract, or through SEX!
-
However, the bride and groom are not permitted to live together as husband and wife until the second stage, the nisu'in, is completed.
-
Now, another instance is recorded in the Bible:
◄ Exodus 22:16 â–ș
NIV
"If a man seduces a virgin who is not pledged to be married and sleeps with her, he must pay the bride-price, and she shall be his wife.
-
Sex clearly came before marriage in this instance.
-
So if Linda is bethrothed to be married, or is going to marry the one who got her pregnant, she is assumed to be in line with the Jewish customs, Jesus NEVER CHANGED THE MARRIAGE TRADITIONS, neither did the disciples.
-
Now this does not make a case for sexual immorality outside marriage, it’s just for genuine couples who are betrothed, or a couple who eventually marry.
-
The Greek word for “fornication” is “porneia”, which means ‘harlotry’ NOT PREMARITAL SEX by an engaged couple. Harlotry is prostitution!
-
The GOs are the ones leading people to hell because they are teaching the law, tithing is the LAW, first fruit is the LAW, the law is sinful, it puts you under a curse(Gal3:10) and cuts you off from Christ!(Gal5:4)
-
◄ Matthew 23 â–ș
[13] “What sorrow awaits you teachers of religious law and you Pharisees. Hypocrites! For you shut the door of the Kingdom of Heaven in people’s faces. You won’t go in yourselves, and you don’t let others enter either.
-
◄ Galatians 2 â–ș
[17] But suppose we seek to be made right with God through faith in Christ and then we are found guilty because we have abandoned the law. Would that mean Christ has led us into sin? Absolutely not! [18] Rather, I am a sinner if I rebuild the old system of law I already tore down.

Baba, water is a major problem in that camp. They rely on water tankers and most times, its not readily available. Once d tanker brings water n fills d water tanks in d camp, de is usually a rush and at dat point, u have to fetch water b4 d bigle is blown for d nxt camp activity. D toilets are not clean and not enough. We mostly made use of d surrounding bush..shit island so to speak..dats how we called it in our time. Its not as if the toilets are not washed, but most corp members mess up d place few minutes after there av bin washed. Why? no water to flush. There av two pit toilets tho. Another challenge is the red soil. Bro, u go wash tire except u wan d look bad. We also faced a
situation where corp members have to struggle for sits whenever we had lectures or are told to gather im the lecture hall. Most of us are left standing outside under the sun. Well, those are d few challenges u will face but i believe you will adapt after a week or two. It depends on your ability to adapt quickly. On a scale of 10, i'll rate the camp 3.
thanks #7wonder 4 the info we appreciate u.we will survive by God grace if u can do it, we can do it also. what of PPA are they conducive or just lyk the camp??

*NYSC Permanent Orientation Camp,*
*Awgu Local Govt. Area, Enugu State.*

The NYSC Permanent Orientation Camp in Enugu State is situated at Awgu, a town about 50km south of Enugu City. Coming from any part of Nigeria please proceed to Enugu City. When you get to Enugu, locate Holy Ghost Park, ask for vehicles going to Awgu and board one of them straight to the camp.

Presently, it is not wise to stop at Onitsha, because of the condition of the Oji-Awgu Road, (the link between Onitsha and Awgu).

*Coming from the far south (Port Harcourt-Calabar Axis)* . You don’t have to get to Enugu City, just board a bus heading to Enugu, inform the driver that you will be stopping at Awgu NYSC Camp. Remind him again once you have passed Okigwe.

*BY Air:* Board an airplane to the Enugu Airport. From the terminal hire a cab straight to the Camp. Or you can get to Holy Ghost Park (Enugu) and board a vehicle to the NYSC Camp. A second option is the Owerri Airport. From Owerri proceed by road to Okigwe, from Okigwe you will easily get a cab to the Awgu NYSC Camp.
