What other election? He lost Lagos but Sanwo-olu won his own re-election. He lost Ebonyi but Nwifuru won his own election. He lost Imo but Uzodinma won his own election. He lost Cross Rivers but Bassey Otu won his own election. The same was the case in Katsina, Yobe, Kebbi, etc. Tinubu is now even more unpopular than the APC and he has not been on the ballot since he lost Lagos in 2023.

President Tinubu doesn’t need to rig an election to win. In 2019, when Atiku Abubakar and Peter Obi teamed up on the PDP ticket, the APC defeated them by a wide margin.
