She further stated that the money given to the women at the event was meant to help them start businesses, not to be spent on unnecessary or frivolous things. She merely gave examples of small businesses they could venture into, such as making kulikuli or selling akara, as ways to earn a decent income.
At no point did she say that Nigerian youths should become kulikuli makers or akara sellers.
