Peter Obi wasn't President, but he openly said that if he were elected, he would negotiate with bandits, kidnappers, and terrorists. However, Jagaban would never negotiate with bandits. Awe, you forgot to include our position in africa today, from 1st or largest economy now to fifth. I entered America this week and i was like...wow!
