A friend of Mine, for some Reasons Visited Afam,in Oyigbo Local Government Rivers state, But he noticed the huge Neglect by the Rivers State Government, same Government which parades itself as building flyover but can't fix a long stretch of bad roads which cut across Oyigbo Market,through 4 communities or more, which are; Kom kom, izuoma, obeama.

The Road is so bad that it can be better seen as A death Trap, a normal journey which cost 100 naira now cost 300 naira. What is the Governor of Rivers state doing that he can't fix the Afam- location Road and also the Internal Roads.

This looks better than the state of some Sections of the Road

So Airtel has been calling me with Several adverts and I have called the customer care several times to Stop the incessant calls from coming in, but it's not stopping.
so I want to file a Complaint against Them With the NCC, Because it's a breach of the Rule stated by NCC in protection of Privacy.
How do I go about filing this complaint against Airtel?
